Location, cleanliness. Very helpful and welcoming host. Shared balcony on the roof was a lovely bonus.

The great location comes with a noisy restaurant

The owner was very kind and allowed us to check in 30 minutes early when we informed him of our arrival time. It was a great help to be able to leave our luggage in the room and go sightseeing. The location was extremely convenient, situated near the gate and right within the tourist area.

The room was quite a bit smaller than expected, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have large luggage. The main issue was the noise from the restaurant located directly in front of the building. The music was loud, and once service began, the sound of people's voices was very disruptive. To block it out, I had to step outside to shut the wooden storm shutters, then close the inner window completely, which made the room dark and required the lights to be on. It was only quiet after the restaurant closed for the night.

Perfect location in a beautiful old town house, everything is easily reachable from here by foot.

The apartman was in the old town, not even 1 minute from the old town's gate. The location is just perfect, we loved living in this old town house, it was amazing to feel the atmosphre of this beutiful city from it's real center! The room was clean and comfortable with authentic views to the beautiful old streets. All the monuments were around us, we could reach everything with a nice walk. The parking place was just 15 minutes from the accomodation. The owner was nice, and helpful, gave us good tour tips. Thanks for these days!

Lovely stay in the heart of old town

The location is perfect - right in the old town - and the room was clean and comfortable. The terrace is very handy for drying your swimming clothes, plus it has a lovely view over the old town rooftops :)

Lovely relaxing romantic stay in a beautiful historic town!

Location was excellent for exploring Trogir Extremely clean room and bathroom with air conditioning Friendly owner who arranged transfers to and from the airport

There’s only one mirror which is in the bathroom, it would be useful to have another in the bedroom for applying makeup. There is only one small pedal bin which is also in the bathroom. It would be useful to have a rubbish bin the bedroom.

Awesome. Delightful experience overall.

Location was amazing - just be prepared for an old European experience - tiny cobbled streets, tons of charm, literally steps from the north gate and all that’s happening - which is a lot. It was super clean, comfortable, quiet and a bargain. The owner was great communicating and kind enough to meet us when lost.

Parking was offsite (obviously, no cars in the district) and a little bit of a walk - big luggage would be a struggle and it was a bit hard for my older hubby.

Cute and clean basic place to stay.

Good location. Very clean. Nice roof terrace. Good communication and good air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge.

There was a bad smell coming from the sink or trap in the bathroom. (We we’re on the top floor in room 4) Plus you’ll need to bring your own shampoo and soap as all that is provided is a dispenser of hand soap. The bath towels are also very small but if you ask you can get another. There is a hot water heater and some cups but bring your own tea or coffee. And the only trash bin was tiny and in the bathroom.

Clean, kind people, terraza with a view!

Everything! Very clean, Ante was kind and let me checked in Early. The terraza was the best i love it! Moreover from the window you can see the movements on the old street, i enjoyed it as well!

- great location in the inner old town - nice rooftop terrace - free parking spot about 10 min away walking (don’t take too much luggage) - very good communication with Ante who is also very friendly

- it’s not the owners fault and I don’t know if this happens more often or just on our night, but there is a restaurant just opposite and there was a lady singing very loudly until 23:00. As we were very tired it was difficult to sleep. - it smells from the shower drain (probably because it’s an old building and the drain is not s-shapped)

Location was perfect. Host was very kind. He waited for us upon our arrival, helped us with the luggage and showed us where to park car (for free, at his own property - it was apox 10 minute walking from Villa Ruzica). Communication OK. Totally recommended.

Excellent experience

The Villa is situated in the old city, 2-3 min walk to the harbor. It’s very well equipped, clean and has a terrace with an amazing view. Great mix of ancient design on the outside and modern on the inside. The room was big, clean , with all possible facilities that we were looking for. Ante (the owner) helped us a lot, we parked the car at his place which is 7 min from the villa. He welcomed us at 8:30 in the morning. Ante speaks very good English, was polite, educated and gave us valuable suggestion. I definitely recommend visiting Trogir, charming little town, with good food and delicious food. You may try taking a tour, by boat, to blue lagoon and 3 islands around the city. Overall was an awesome experience. Thanks Ante!

I would have like the towels replaced at least once during the stay however we dried them out each day and this has shown me I probably don’t need to use a fresh towel every time

Zimmer in der Altstadt

Netter Vermieter, der uns das Auto bei seinem Haus (ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg zur Unterkunft) parken ließ und der uns per Handy gelotst hat, denn es war etwas schwer zu finden. Fenster schallschutzdicht, wichtig bei dem Lärm in der Stadt. Zimmer wie beschrieben und für unsere eine ÜN̈ ausreichend, sehr sauber, insg. jedoch eher spartanisch. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank vorhanden.
