Hotel Brown Beach House & Spa

Very kind staff. We were able to store our luggage and hang by the pool until our room was ready. The pool was very nice with great lounge beds. There was a restaurant that was onsite that served great food. When we were officially able to check in we had been upgraded to a nicer room.

The location is excellent, great facilities but the staff were all amazing! Couldn’t do enough for us and accommodated a last minute change…. We will definitely be back!

They pump the canalization into the sea just in front of the hotel, on three places. The „beach“ stinks and the water is - of course - not clean. The room was not clean. The carpet was quite dirty and probably never cleaned. The cupboards next to the bed did not have enough space at the room 123, so they just squeezed them in (the result was the tilted cupboards). There was a smell from the air condition. The shower head holder was broken. You could see that someone got the order to repair it. But it was just badly glued, so it was falling off. The silicone on the toilet seat was yellow/orange and also broken, so quiet disgusting. The room was cleaned just on the surface, if you checked the surfaces that are usually forgotten for cleaning, then you could see how dirty the room was. The area around the pool and the sunbeds are not cleaned every day even if there is a „heavy usage“ every day. The massage beds are loosing the leather surface and the leather lays on the floor. The steaming room is out of order in the middle of the high season. The floor at the sauna is not cleaned very often. You don’t get the towels at the sauna? There are just none there. Also no towels at the gym? You need to go to your room to get the towels if you use gym and sauna. Everything of course not a problem if you pay very low prices for the hotel, but for this prices you can get 5 Star Hotel in any part of the Europe in the middle of summer and get a premium room and hotel, so therefore it was a huge disappointment. We did not complain, since you come for holidays to relax and not to quarrel with the hotel management, but we will never choose this brand for any other holidays, that is for sure.
