The room was clean, nice design, the bed comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, letting us get into our room an hour before check-in time. The room was air conditioned and stayed cool, even though it was on the top floor and it was hot outside. There might have been a nice view, but dormer windows had louvered shutters that could not be partially opened, and the sun was hot so we had to keep them closed - so we couldn't ever see outside at all. That was OK with us because we really only needed a place to sleep before arising early to get to the airport (10 minute ride) for an early flight.
The location could not be better - close to the airport and right next to the footbridge over to Trogir, which is a lovely little island. There's a nice promenade lined with restaurants, where the yachts tie up (extra busy on Saturdays).
We had to leave before breakfast, so cannot comment on that.
The room was on the third floor and there's no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up three flights (the person working at the front desk/restaurant carried one for us), so that might be a drawback for some. (If we had arrived after checkout time, there might have been more help available.)
This is NOT the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of: Uber will not pick up or drop off right at the hotel door - or anywhere else actually on the island of Trogir, for that matter - there are designated pickup points around the island. Our driver got us very close though.

We were very happy with our stay at il Ponte. Our room was very good size and decorated very nice. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a warm breakfast with a choice of eggs cooked various ways. The staff was friendly. The hotel is located just across the river from old town Trojir and is only a 5 minute walk over the bridge. There is a nice restaurant on site which is nice for a meal, snack or a drink anytime you like.
There is no elevator. Although the staff did help with luggage. This hotel is locate near a large paid parking lot, so there is a lot of traffic, They will validate your parking pass if you have a car.

Il Ponte Luxury Rooms went above and beyond in every way from the first hello to the last farewell. We stayed one nigh and could not have been happier. Only disappointed we didn't stay longer. The location, despite being located right at a busy parking area and access to Old Town, was surprising quiet. We had our own vehicle and the parking was simple, although at first it's not clear that you park in a public area. No worries, you walk in the door and all of that melts away. The room on the third floor (walk-up) held spectacular views of Old Down and the canal - fabulous moon rise and sun rises right out the shower window. The bed and bath linens were lush and clean without being stiff and the overall ambiance delighted us. Perfect stay in every way!
