It was an absolute great location. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable the room spacious (room en suite) and great bedding. The front desk staff girl was extremely willing to help you out with any question etc.
No elevator, being on third floor. Horrible instant coffee. No restaurant or breakfast. For breakfast you had to go to a terrace outside with à la carte menu with 10% discount.
Shower in bath tub. I usually prefer walk in showers. And you had no view from room whatsoever

great location in the old town, in the waterfront.
The great waterfront location was somewhat irrelevant, as we were put into a room with no windows - at all! There was a window in the adjoining vestibule/dressing area that led to the bathroom, and a tiny ceiling-height window in the separate toilet - but the main bedroom area was a dark box, which was mot mentioned during booking.
This surprise came immediately after being told that, because we were ‘out of season’ (3rd week of April), there was no assistance in getting from the car park to the hotel, which was 15 minutes’ walk away over difficult / irregular cobbles, on a wet and rainy day. Again, the seasonality of the help was not mentioned prior to our stay.
There are no lifts (because of regulations around the age of the building - which is completely understandable), but meant that we definitely needed a glass of something in a local bar once we had dumped our bags in our room!
All in all, a pretty disappointing start - and meant that we spent minimal time at the hotel.
