Location.
The room is a bit worn out. The overall look and feel do not feel right for the price. The maintenance could be much better. We did reserve the parking place, but actually, there are just the public parking places behind the hotel, which are occupied by the staff's vehicles, which they move away once you ask about your parking place. The food is very average and not worth the money.
