Check-in hours is only until 22H00 . Otherwise you will be teached a lesson and probably no room!

The breakfast is very basic, croissant coffee and orange juice served on the table.

The staff is unfriendly , expect the breakfast lady she is nice. No air-conditioning for this price !!!!!

It is in a nice location really close to the centre and to metro station.

they rushed us for the check out even though it wasn’t 12 yet, they had only one pair of towels in the bathroom and for the money you pay the room is not ao great. Also they charge breakfast like 9€ per person and we had one croissant, half a banquette one jam one butter and a drink like coffee or juice. Not worth it really but it was ok not horrible.

when I check in and asked something the man in the reception agreed to my request but that was a mistake of him. Even though they took the responsibility and my request was fully fulfilled.

At nights nobody stay in the hotel. I forgot something when I left and they did not help me trying to give it to someone that will take it for me.

The close locallity to the American Hospital in Paris was perfect, Can thoroughly recommend.

The location, the staff were helpful for English speaking. The breakfast was good as was the lunch and dinner. Also the World Rugby Cup with New Zealand Vs Canada was on the screen without asking. Very attentive.

Unfortunately the wifi did not work on the third floor but was good in the bar/ dining area.

Chambre vétuste, des tâches sur les oreillers, tabouret et rideaux. Le couvre lit était abîmé, bien usé. Je trouve que pour le prix ce n'est pas du tout à l attendu. La douche a des joints moisis. La lunette des wc n etait meme pas fixé. Vraiment une mauvaise expérience. Et 162euros c est inacceptable.

Un petit hôtel a l'ancienne comme on les aime.

Petit hôtel café restaurant indépendant au calme entre Neuilly et Levallois à 20 minutes a pied de la porte Maillot. Propre, confortable, silencieux, petit dej copieux a l'ancienne (servi a table) avec le sourire.

Il n'y a pas la clim, mais on peut ouvrir les fenêtres et profiter du lever de soleil. Pas pu me connecter a la WiFi.

Hotel check is at 22.00pm my plain arrived later, thus hotel arrival midnight They have a number for emergencies which I called but no one pick up, they directly cancelled My booking for 2 days The worst the message I received when I am applying for a reimbursement Bonjour Madame, Nous ne comprenons pas votre étonnement, les checks-in sont possibles jusqu'à 22h, vous vous présentez après minuit et vous vous étonnez qu'il n'y ait personne pour vous recevoir ??? Les conditions sont très explicites sur le site de booking et aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Ce n'est pas à vous de fixer les règles de chaque établissement que vous visitez. En revanche, pensez à en prendre connaissance et à les respecter.
