It was good but next time I would look for a better option

- 5 minutes from the metro station. - Quiet residential neighborhood. - Super helpful staff, notably Jesse.

- some metro stations were closed which was a problem because the hotel’s location had access to only one metro line. - below average breakfast.

Great place to stay

Great accommodation for Levallois, actually Paris. Calm neighbourhood, supermarket, metro and restaurants are close. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are great and up to date. I know a couple of Hotels in Levallois and this is one of the better choices

The standard of the hotel lived up to its standard by the room that was booked.

The breakfast option were good. The amenities were good quality.

Poor cleaning standard, bedding was filthy and stained. Poor Staff professionalism. Poor staff Attentiveness to guest request.

Staff should be more professional. I was not given the room that I have booked and when I asked for a refund (it was 50%) more expensive, I was just offered the breakfast for free (which was very basic)

All day complimentary coffee, hot chocolate or flavoured water in the lobby. Soap smells wonderful Very helpful staff provided maps and walking suggestions

Just what I expected and exactly what was needed

The ease with which I could use the facilities I think the breakfast is satisfactory, but needs to be refsheda bit. Maybe, that is because I was with you last November. Your staff were very helpful when I complained about lack of hot water. Easy to move room
