The property is a old compared to the newly renovated ones nearby. But it has the traditional vibes that we appreciate

Friendly staff - they tried their best to help. good location, breakfast and dinner were well prepared, onsen can be reserved for private use without extra cost.
The toilet cubicles are very cramped. Very little space to move.
The room wall was very thin, not so suitable for light sleepers. There was a group of 5 on the day, talked loudly and played for the whole night till 4am. Hard to sleep, 100% customer issue. Perhaps, the ryokan can set a quiet time rules for the ryokan.
