This beautiful newly refurbished stone rustic house offers you a high level of comfort and facilities for group of upto 10.
Set in a tranquil setting with views of nadiza and surrounding mountains, being in the soca valley its famous for the great outdoors, sports and wildlife.
Accommodation comprises off :
Ground floor bedroom 1 with double bed
Spacious bathroom with enclosed shower.
Living room with seating, wood burner panoramic views with floor to ceiling glass access to lower garden via outside stairway.
Large spacious kitchen fully fitted with cooker, dishwasher and wood burning stove, seating for 10.
1st floor : Spacious enclosed balcony sitting area with panoramic views leading to bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 with Juliet balcony
sleeps 3/4
king size bed & single bed ( can be changed on request to bunk beds)
Bedroom 3 sleeps 3/4
king size bed , single bed & pull out bed.
Small toilet & sink
We have two separate gardens 1 to the front with covered seating area & large garden below with covered decked dinning area.
Kobarid is 10min away where your find quality restaurants and bars ,along with shops and banks.

We have a strict NO ANIMAL & NON SMOKING policy within the house. (If this is not adhered to it will result in non refund of deposit)
