Everything! Manuela and her husband went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need and the Christmas decor was an added bonus.

Nice inside, untidy surroundings

Nice and cosy place

Chicken cages, rabbits, ruined stable within metres to the apartment (one of the bedrooms looked at it), no proper parking place. Due to the surroundings I think the property is overpriced.

Amazing little (but spacious) house at the end of the road. Very quiet in lovely nature. Friendly and helpful owners. Surprisingly well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook yourself.

The host told us that Booking.com. didn’t notice her about our reservation, but she came fast and prapared everything (towels were small).

Nice house but a bit "tricky" owners

Really very nice house, big and spacefull, modern equipment, quiet location, two bathrooms, big kitchen, etc. The house itself I would evalute around "9" because as it is nice and it only missing some practical details - for example no chance to hang somewhere wet towels or even "sweaty clothes" from trekking and similar small mistakes which could be easily improved. But the owners behaviour decrease the evaluation - see below.

But I am really unsatisfied with owners behaviour. 1st: very late possible arrival and really short time range when you should arrive (between 16:30 and 18:00). It is not holiday, it is so strict timing like during business week:-) Why they do not install there some "key safety box"? No idea. 2nd: They try to cheat us with the bedrooms. We paid for whole house (with 4 bedrooms), but they wanted to prepare for us (parents + 3 adult children who want a bit "privacy") only 2 bedrooms! When we told that we want to use all bedrooms they have opened only third bedroom but still not the all 4 bedrooms!! This is cheating. In this case we could take smaller and cheaper accommodation ...

Wonderful location on a real farm with friendly and proud people and a very well done house, beautiful like a traditional alpine house and inside all the modern comfort, I wish to come back and learn everything how they work on the farm. Great atmosphere with animals and mountains. Wonderful location above Tarvisio where you just step out the door up onto apline fields

Posto incantato e ottima sistemazione!

Posto incantevole immerso nella neve, vicino comunque alla città. Alloggio molto tipico con varie decorazioni natalizie e sicuramente tenuto molto bene. Pulito e confortevole in tutte le aree, siamo stati molto bene!

La casa es Preciosa y muy acogedora. Excelente decoración y ambiente.

No había ni una cápsula de café ni un mínimo detalle de bienvenida. Teniendo en cuenta que no hay nada alrededor para desayunar o comprar comida, se agradecería al menos poder tomar un café o un té. Aunque sabíamos que la comida no estaba incluida, en el resto de alojamientos hemos encontrado esos detalles que tanto se agradecen. Y nos extrañó que debíamos sacar nosotros la basura antes de irnos.

Geen ontbijt. Wel aardig dat we eieren en melk kregen, want geen winkel in de buurt.

3 giorni passati in una casa da vera favola !!! Bellissima ed indelebile esperienza ***

Alloggio superlativo, curato, pulito e molto accogliente. Rifinito da sogno e rifornito di ogni comfort. Presenza di prodotti alimentari base come olio, aceto, spezie, orzo e té. Le meravigliose decorazioni natalizie messe a disposizione ed un bellissimo albero di Natale ci han fatto immergere per i 3giorni trascorsi in un mondo magico ! Immerso nella Natura presso una tranquillissima località montana. Attorniati dai monti più pregiati del Tarvisiano con visibilità della vallata sottostante. Parcheggio riservato adiacente all'ingresso. Proprietari disponibili per informazioni o altro.

Un gioiello tra le montagne di Tarvisio

La casa è molto accogliente, molto curata nei dettagli. Pulita. Nel nostro soggiorno era anche allestita per il Natale. Ha in dotazione tante comodità quali la lavastoviglie, il phon. La sua disposizione rende piacevole anche la condivisione con un'altra famiglia. Ha parcheggio. La sua posizione, sebbene non centrale, è comoda come punto di partenza per le diverse attrazioni. La Signora Manuela molto disponibile con noi.

Struttura perfetta per trascorrere una vacanza assieme ad un gruppo numeroso.

Cura nei dettagli, pulizia, organizzazione e gestione. Perfetta se si è in tanti, ma si vuole comunque un po’ di privacy (ognuno la sua camera).
