Nice but not so great communication

Very clean, great location. Newly equipped, nice. Easy to check-in and check-out.

The communication with the owner was not very comfortable. Before we even came, we were warned not to take anything or we would be charged. To leave everything as it was, take out the trash etc. I don't know if they have a bad experience or they just expect that all guests are thieves, but it was not nice. It would be nice if it had a dishwasher. Today, it is a standard. There is floor heating, which is nice but also makes it difficult to dry gloves, etc, after skiing. There is one radiator in the bathroom, but it did not work.

It was so nice that we decided to come back! :-)

The apartment is new and very beautiful, with an amazing view at Monte Lussari right from the bed! We had a problem with our car and lady Adelaide came immediately to help me and then her husband arranged the repair shop for the next day so we could continue enjoy our holiday on the snow. The village Camporosso is very nice and quiet, we liked it a lot.

Perfect location and warm hospitality

A very pleasant place for a holiday. I sincerely recommend it. The location is perfect for walks and travel. Just a 5-minute walk to the cable car to Monte Lussari. Several hiking trails start nearby. It’s only 2 minutes to the Ciclovia (bike path). Cafés, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. There are two pastry shops within walking distance. It’s a 5-minute drive to Tarvisio, where you’ll find more restaurants with delicious food. 15 minutes to Lake Fusine. There is a large supermarket 3 minutes away by car. 20 minutes to the beautiful Austrian town of Villach. 60 minutes to the stunning Lake Bled. 25 minutes to Kranjska Gora. There is a beautiful hiking trail nearby that leads to Austria — you can walk or drive. On the map it’s called Via della Sella. The location couldn’t be better! The apartments are newly and lovingly renovated. Everything is high quality and thoughtfully done, with lots of wood in the interior. There are two types of apartments: one with a door between the kitchen and bedroom and with a balcony, and one without. From the balcony, you can enjoy mountain views and hang clothes to dry. But there is also a washing machine and a separate dryer for clothes. There is free parking next to the house. At night it’s quiet. The mattress is medium-firm and very comfortable for sleeping. The sofa is also very comfortable — both for sitting during the day and sleeping at night, with a proper mattress. And most importantly: the hosts are extremely attentive and caring. They go above and beyond to help with anything you need so that your stay is truly unforgettable.

La struttura è nuova, calda accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio. Sa di montagna... C'è molto legno...bello. fornita di tutto è pronta da vivere in comodità. Ottima posizione per le piste anche se non in centro Tarvisio. Un ringraziamento e plauso alla gestione precisi presenti e discreti. Complimenti.

Appartamento curatissimo e tutto nuovo. Molto bel distribuito per i posti letto. Balconcino x relax vista paesino di montagna austro- ungarico. Di fronte alle piste da sci x soggiorno invernale

Fantastico

Struttura nuovissima, molto pulita, la host è stata molto disponibile. Il letto è comodissimo e pieno di cuscini, il bagno spazioso, la posizione ottima. ACI torneremmo.

Avrebbe fatto comodo una busta della spazzatura in più e un rotolo di carta igienica in più (di entrambe le cose c’era solo un pezzo).

Accoglienza e simpatia con stile

I proprietari sono molto disponibili e accoglienti, hanno creato una struttura nuova di livello elevato che tuttavia rimane perfettamente inserita nel contesto del luogo. Ottima posizione a 5' a piedi dalla cabinovia del Lussari che si può anche ammirare di notte perfettamente illuminato dal terrazzino delle camere. Non vedo l'ora di vederlo in inverno sotto la neve!

Struttura nuovissima, appartamento spazioso e ben arredato! Comoda la posizione vicino alla ciclabile e alla funivia del Lussari! Letti comodi. Silenziosissimo!
