Perfect stay in the Soča Valley

Spacious, neat apartment in the centre of Kobarid, set back off the road with free parking. Comfortable for our family of 5 with a good kitchen and dining area. Restaurants and market are just a few minutes walk away. Loads to do in the Soča Valley. Very friendly and helpful hosts who also run rafting trips, which are excellent. Our guide, Tomaž, made us feel safe and was super fun, our kids absolutely loved it!

Comfortable self-contained accommodation

We had a double with a kitchenette here and it was perfect for an overnight stay. One room with the bed and ensuite and another, separate room with the small kitchen in a large cupboard plus table and chairs. The space is super well designed and equipped so very spacious despite packing a lot in. There’s plenty of storage and the aircon was a godsend with temperatures over 30C the day we stayed. The bathroom is on the small side, but well equipped and the towels and water were good. Private parking right outside so you only need to carry bags 10 metres. Highly recommended.

nicest host and super comfortable stay

i loved the facilities, we booked 2 apartments and they both were very comfortable. the newer apartments for 2 people is phenomenal id highly recommend. the host was also the nicest and did everything in his power to host a comfortable stay for us. there is great parking space and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby.

Very nice

My apartment / studio was brand new and spotless. Really fancy and modern. The town is tiny so the location is central. I got a very friendly and warm welcome. As well as helpful tourist information. Super safe and pretty town.

The only window you can open is the sliding front door - as the bed room is upstairs you have to lock the front door and can’t have window open - air con is super quiet though. It would be nice if some decent toiletries were provided given the price per night instead of left overs from previous guests.

Beautiful apartment, central location and kind team

Excellent central location, very kind, helpful and good-looking team 😉 They even gave my friend a box of chocolates for her birthday in the morning! Very stylish apartment, a pleasure to stay here.

We requested a flexible check-in time (within 2 hours of the suggested 6pm), so that we could watch the sunset in the mountains on the way, but our request was declined. That’s the only thing we didn’t like. Everything else was wholly enjoyable and we slept well.

Apartman has met all our expectations while being on motorbike travel, it was clean and reasonably priced. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the nice town.

Perfect active holiday.

The hosts were super friendly. They own a travel agency where they can arrange you any kind of activity. Ask for directions to bars, restaurants they will help. The rooms are perfect, clean, well equipped, but you will not be there too much because there is soo much to do and see in the Soča valley.

The church bell beats every quarter hour from 7AM :D

Konnte mein Motorrad direkt vor der Türe abstellen. (Motorradfahrer wissen wie beruhigend das ist👍) Wurde freundlich empfangen. Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in einem sehr netten, kleinen Ort!

Die neuen "Lofts" sind sehr gemütlich und geräumig, das Bad groß und angenehm schlicht. Die Betten im oberen, offenen Bereich sind sehr gemütlich. Als Vorteil sehen wir auch die kleine Loggia am Eingang, in der man wunderbar frühstücken bzw. Zeit verbringen kann. Das Zentrum von Kobarid ist quasi um die Ecke (30m) mit den netten Gostilnas, Läden und Cafes. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt"

Apartamento amplio para 5 personas y céntrico del pueblo

Aunque éramos 5, los utensilios y servicios eran para 4. Pocos cacharros para cocinar y no había aire acondicionado en la habitación, sólo en el salón. El precio para hacer rafting debería ser inferior para los que se alojan allí. Es más caro que en otros sitios. Había arañitas de haber estado cerrado el apartamento. Almohadas incomodas.

Tolles Apartment mit einer super Ausstattung und in guter Lage direkt im Zentrum von Kobarid. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für die schöne Zeit! Die Motorräder standen direkt vor der Terrasse. Kobarid ist ein guter Ausgangsort für alle Aktivitäten im Sočatal.

Varm anbefaling af stedet til en lille ferie til at udforske Soca-dalen.

Perfekt placering i den lille hyggelige by Kobarid. Kort afstand til restauranter, is-caféer, supermarked. Kort køretur til badested ved floden. Meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter. Perfekt at stedet også arrangerer rafting. Det var meget nemt for os at komme på en rigtig fin tur med en god guide. Vi boede i lejligheden øverste oppe (2 voksne og tre børn), rummelig lejlighed, der var ren og pæn og med lille køkken. Mulighed for at sidde udenfor og spise. Der er tre borde, og der var altid ét ledigt.

Ljubazni domaćin i centralna pozicija kao i kuhinjica u zatvorenoj verandi daju super touch ovom smještaju. Plus, parking je u sklopu smještaja pa je sve vrlo praktično.

Szuper, olyan, aminek vártuk, ár-érték arányban tökéletesen megfelelt.

Nagyon szép volt a környék, jól megközelíthető, rengeteg programot kínált. A szállásadó kommunikatív, szervezett raftingolást nekünk, ami egy hatalmas élmény volt. A szállás kényelmes, szép.

A hűtő nem hűtött eléggé, de ez gondolom csak egy ideiglenes probléma, különben minden szuper volt.

Aktive und doch entspannte Tage im schönen Socatal bei guten Gastgebern

Die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Gastgeber war toll. Uns wurden gleich Tipps gegeben, damit wir uns besser orientieren konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Klimaanlage auch vorhanden. Der schöne Fluss Soca mit Bademöglichkeiten ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Aktivitäten direkt vor Ort buchbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
