Centrally located, parking, spotless clean and well appointed room, kettle in room and small fridge, free liqueur, quiet, friendly/helpful staff, lovely breakfast with many homemade items (jams, sausage, juices and more).

We really found the location to be excellent. Right in the middle of Kobarid and able to easily walk to anywhere in town. Including the exceptional museum. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful though and you really felt like you had got away from it all. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculately clean and spacious.

Like a hotel. Very comfortable spacious, spotlessly clean rooms with excellent and easy to use aircon. Comfortable beds and pillows. Fantastic and good value breakfast and lovely helpful owners. There are cold drinks wines and homemade jams/honey on site you can help yourself to and pay for. Car parking was easy and right by the front door. We had a perfect stay here and it was so much more luxurious than the photos on Booking.com show. Fabulous.
