Absolutely perfect location, very clean, great shower, nice outdoor area outside my room and fantastic price!

Breakfast was just OK.

Perfect location in the village of Kobarid. Perfect for walking straight into the trials of Soca Valley & Slap Kozjak. The apartment was clean, the bed incredibly comfortable with great air conditioning. A peaceful way to spend a few days whilst exploring Slovenia. Parked with no issues. The bathroom was superb with excellent pressure and heat.

Although optional, we did pay for breakfast one morning. Although there was a good range of fresh bread, cold meats and cheese the coffee machine wasn't working, and no water or juices, or staff to helpz therefore we didn't book a 2nd morning.

Really beautiful location in the city center. They let me go to the room before the opening hours which was really nice ! Clean room, great breakfast and amazing view with balcony

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The photos online don’t do it justice, everything looks even better in real life. The room was large, spotless, and beautifully furnished with high-quality materials. The bed was super comfortable and the linens felt great. A lovely garden opened directly from the room, perfect for relaxing outside. There’s also a covered parking area with plenty of space, and you can rent bikes on-site. Shops, restaurants, and the amazing Historical Trail all are within walking distance. Truly a perfect stay!
