Probably the best place to stay in Kobarid!

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The photos online don’t do it justice, everything looks even better in real life. The room was large, spotless, and beautifully furnished with high-quality materials. The bed was super comfortable and the linens felt great. A lovely garden opened directly from the room, perfect for relaxing outside. There’s also a covered parking area with plenty of space, and you can rent bikes on-site. Shops, restaurants, and the amazing Historical Trail all are within walking distance. Truly a perfect stay!

Great location - large clean apartment with balcony.

Lovely big, clean apartment well equipped (but no condiments, coffee, milk etc..). Buzzed reception and was met with the key. Great location in town with its own parking which was great. Kobarid WW1 museum is on the corner (well worth a good long visit). We added breakfast which was a plentiful buffet of hot and cold food.

The showers are very badly designed - we should have realised by the huge floor squeegee mop provided. It's a shame because water pressure was great but the shower screen is very small and the entire floor gets flooded.

Good value

A wonderful location for visiting the Soca Valley. Located in the center of Kobarid near restaurants. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The room was very clean, with a nice patio opening up to an orchard. A good breakfast with nice selection. Good value for money.

Amazing place

Really beautiful location in the city center. They let me go to the room before the opening hours which was really nice ! Clean room, great breakfast and amazing view with balcony

Best place in town

I cannot say enough good things about this place, firstly the owners helped me by booking a taxi from the airport but when the taxi cancelled the day before they came themselves to pick me up, going above and beyond anything I would have expected. The location is ideal, the town stunning and the room itself was very well thought out and spotlessly clean. As a bonus I was able to see fireflies from the balcony at night, such an amazing place.

Nothing that I can think of, I regrettably only stayed the one night.

Could not have been better

Perfect location, so very easy to get to the main sights, incredible room, absolutely gorgeous building and surroundings, staff were great. Owner was so very kind, I had mentioned in emails with her before I made reservation that the rooms were so pretty but I especially loved the purple room, I am crazy about purple. Well guess which room we were given, yes!! It was heavenly to watch the walls all turn rose color as the sun rose through the magenta curtains! So enchanting. Everything superb, including the breakfast, wish I could give the experience there 6 stars!

Good hotel.....great central location with parking

Excellent location.....great breakfast....parking right at the door....terrace at the edge of an orchard.

Room was very hot and couldn't cool down.....lack of staff at breakfast and for chexk out.

Great family run hotel on quiet side street

Lovely family run hotel/apartments, quiet as located off the Main Street of town, but very walkable to everything. Parking was guaranteed and inside the compound. Good view from balcony that had table and chairs on each one.

The location is pretty good, the apartment is nice and clean, with a nice backyard. The hosts were nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend the place.

Great stay in a charming mountain town

Nice room in a beautiful area. Apple trees were blossoming right outside of our room and it was gorgeous.

Breakfast was 10EUR per person which is a bit expensive in addition to the room, but it was very good.

Perfect.

The apartment is huge and looks better than the pictures. Everything was clean, the rooms were nicely cooled with two air conditioners (one in the kitchen, the other in the bedroom). What impressed us the most is that the apartment has two terraces, a smaller one at the exit from the kitchen/living room, the other at the exit from the bedroom. The bed is big and very comfortable. There is even an oven and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We didn't miss anything.

Very nice apartment in excellent location.

Excellent location, a block from the Kobarid museum and close to a choice of eating places. It was off the street in a quiet location but was very easy to find. The apartment was well-equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Hummid room if you leave the bathroom open, even if you don't shower. As someone who has backpain, the beds don't give support enough.

The apartments were absolutely spotless, the room had a lot of space, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was quite good, the patio area was great with a very nice view, and the area of Kobarid is fantastic for hikers and explorers.

This is the perfect place to stay

The apartments are perfectly located within Kobarid and the hosts are amazing. They welcomed us in advance, gave advice on where to find a restaurant and even prepared breakfast for us even if we were the only one to have one. The room is clean, well equipped, without noise and with a beautiful view.

- attentive friendly host, allowed late checkin - clean modern rooms with tea kettle and fridge - nice bathroom with hot shower - great location few minutes away from the supermarket and bus station and right next to the Kobarid museum

Nice stay in a very pretty town

The apartment was really clean, good breakfast, and an accesss to the garden. a lillte bit complicated to find, we had to ask a neighbour.

Great value in central location

Great location just beside the museum, close to everything. Very clean. Balcony overlooking a garden and sport pitches. Table and clothes drier on the balcony. Kettle and some cutlery in the room. Didn't stay in the apartments so cannot say anything about kithen facilities. It was quiet as well. Bed of generous size. That was the best place I stayed in during my 1,5 week trip around Slovenia.

Lovely stay with nice breakfast spread

Great stay here- rooms were clean, spacious and bed was very comfy. Also air con during summer is a bonus! Lovely view over the orchard and soccer pitch. Location was right in the centre of town. Also nice breakfast buffet :) Staff were also very friendly.

Superb lodging, great location, roomy parking

Great location in the middle of town, 2 blocks from the towns celebrated WW I museum. Room was large, modern, soothing 'rain' shower, with patio and lovely fruit orchard backyard.

Hope to be back one day

We were very satisfied with the room and the property overall. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfy and from our terrace there was access to a beautiful orchard. It was a good starting point for a hike to the Soca river. The reception lady was nice to let us leave our car in the parking lot after we checked out. Our only regret was that we stayed for one night.
