Alpine tranquility

With a stunning rural vista, a group of self—contained apartments that have everything you need and some common areas that open up to an outdoor space with the spa and sauna. It was good to meet fellow travellers, and the host was extremely helpful. Janja was always contactable! The village is isolated, which for us was not a problem and actually a plus, but Janja had let us know this beforehand, so we stocked up on groceries.

wonderful place to stay

Apartment is very nice, clean, kitchen fully equipped (even with a dishwasher :)). the location is in a small and peaceful village a short drive up the mountain from Kobarid. we enjoyed the view from our balcony every day. owners are super friendly and helpful. we loved it and will definitely come back.

Amazing stay! The view and surrounding is just amazing. Very comfy beds, amazing view from the balcony. You can buy wine, beers, sauna is 10€. You can walk to the waterfall & to zelenci lake from here.

The location is a bit difficult if you are looking to ski in the area, the travel to Bovec was longer than anticipated.

Great countryside apartment

Good maintenance, modern design, great rural view, great facilities and accessories.

There were no basic things: salt, pepper or any shampoo. Extra facilities like: sauna and whirlpool for extra price.

The house was in a beautiful location, the owner of the apartment was very kind. It was very clean and stuffed with all of the things you need in an apartment. Parking is also free. There is a sauna and jacuzzi with a big terrace which is also very beautiful.

Comfy apartments

The apartments were spacious, with balconies. Kitchen very well equipped. Great views from the balconies. If you like hiking, a stroll to Kobarid is a good start when you move in.

A little bit distant from Kobarid. 45 minutes on foot (250 m of elevation difference), or several minutes on a winding road. It is a rural area, so expect flies and other insects in your room when you leave the light on and windows open.

Very nice house in the mountains, beautiful view from the balcony and nice terrace that can be used by everyone, option for sauna requires booking, very quiet surrounding (depending on the other guests in the house)

Schöne Unterkunft mit Optimierungsbedarf

Die Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht und die Ruhe in dem kleinen Bergdörfchen ist wunderbar. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie lieferten uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen und nahmen sich viel Zeit für uns. Auf unsere Nachricht wegen den Skorpionen (s. unten) hat der Besitzer sofort reagiert und uns beruhigt.

Leider gab es keine Fliegengitter, sodass wir eines Abends zwei Skorpione in der Wohnung hatten. Das Schlafzimmer an sich besaß kein Fenster, weshalb es nachts sehr stickig war. In den Schränken fehlen Ablagefächer und es gab lediglich einen Kleiderbügel. Im Bad wäre ein Duschvorleger hilfreich gewesen, da nach dem Duschen immer das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand und es deshalb sehr rutschig war.

A kilátás csodálatos a szállás minden pontjáról! A házigazda, Nejc fenomenális volt az ott létünk alatt. Rugalmas és rendkívül kedves volt minden tekintetben. A felszereltség remek, különösen a lenti közös tereké. Óriási kanapék, étkező helyiség mosogatógépek, minden ami nagyobb társaságnak egy kényelmes étkezéshez szükséges. A jacuzzi és szauna használat nagyon gördülékeny volt. A valóság felülmúlja a képeket minden szempontból.
