Loved the location with good parking facilities. Beautiful peaceful surrounds.

The room was clean and well equipped but found the space cramped - very little room for luggage

Very helpful, kind staff, beatuiful, comfortable and well equipped apartment.The programs organised by the owners were also excellent.

The other guests could be a little noisy when enjoying the jacuzzi, but nothing too bad.

The house is situated in a village high above Kobarid and is thus very quiet and peaceful. The view was unblocked and very beautiful. Very nice to just sit with a cup of coffee at the balcony to enjoy the view and quiet (provided there are no nosiy neighbours :)). The hike down to the waterfall and Kobarid from the front of the house was lovely. The hosts who were on family vacation were very responsive and helpful. They also gave us some great ideas e.g. swim near Napolean Bridge and have pizza after; and helped is to arrange transport and white water rafting at short notice. Very much appreciated.

The trade off for the peace and view is the long winding road from Kobarid to the property. Note that no shampoo or bath gel is supplied. We didn't expect that and the nearest supermarkets are in Kobarid and had closed when we realised it. Thankfully, the hosts allowed us to use the ones at the sauna. Restuarants are a winding distance away in Kobarid and driving up when its gets dark can be daunting for less experienced drivers. Stock up on food and other necessities before you drive up and you should be ok. The TV in the apartment did not work and internet was patchy so we couldn't watch the World Cup matches.
