Perfect little place for a family of 4. Location was brilliant, price was great, host was very helpful.

Breakfast was not included but the apartment facilities enabled us to prepare our own and eat at the dining table table or as we did on the balcony. Breakfast could also be bought at local cafes only a few minutes walk away.

Nothing, it was ideal for us.

Hiša pod Gradičem is a fantastic and lovely little house located at the entrance of the lovely town Kobarid. You reach many attractions, like the museum, the church Sveti Anton and the Italian Charnel House, the Napoleon bridge and the beautiful Soca river in a few minutes walk. We liked to have cafés, bars, restaurants, bakeries and various supermarkets just around the corner. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there was nothing that we missed, you even have an espresso machine. You feel that the house has been furnished and decorated by people who really care about their property and the needs of their guests, which we really appreciated. You have a little balcony at the entrance to enjoy your morning coffee or wine in the evening. Although located on the main road the place is very calm and quiet. We traveled by car and were happy to also have a private parking space in just 15 meters from the house. Nejc is a very kind host and welcomed us with fresh plums from the own garden and self-made gin. If we come back to Kobarid we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hosts and a very clean place. The hosts even dropped in some lovely fresh vegetables from their garden to us. Location is very good and A/C was great in the warm weather. Good Kitchen with dishwasher and decent size TV with plenty of english speaking stations.

The bathroom is very small and the shower is difficult for tall or larger people. The bedrooms are in the loft so it is not possible to stand fully upright for most people. No oven. Small bath towels.
