Great facilities, including in-room laundry. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shared kitchen and lounge, lots of little extras in the room, plenty of clean towels and so on. Great temperature and pressure in the water. Cute little balcony with a nice view right off our room. The location was in Myeong-dong, a very heavily touristed neighborhood. This was both good and bad – great because lots of restaurants, bars, convenience, stores, etc. – also close to metro and buses.
There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The bed was a little bit firm for our taste. There was no elevator so we got our exercise going up and down the stairs. The staff was very friendly when we could find them, though the front desk was usually not staffed. If there was any downside of the neighborhood, it’s just that was completely overrun with other tourists, making things a little overpriced and crowded, but that’s just what comes with the territory not really a negative.

Location was the best. The rooms were big enough.
The towels smelled musty and even if we stayed for 6 nights, no one cleaned even for one day.

Great location, and only a short walk to the Seoul Tower Cable Car. Also very close to Airport Limousine drop off
Bed was like sleeping on a table. Shower was only big enough for a child
