The location is excellent, the staff are lovely and the bed is comfortable.
The bathroom smelled of drainage quite badly.

The service, the location excellent. No lift however staff very helpful and willing to carry luggage. Immaculately clean. Everything you need.
The stairs maybe difficult for older travellers.

The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the main tourist attractions and within easy walking distance of the metro station. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
The main issue was the strong smell in the bathroom, which smelled like sewage. It made the stay quite unpleasant. Reception is only open until 6:00 PM, although this did not cause any issues during my stay. There is no lift, so keep this in mind if you have difficulty using stairs or prefer to avoid them.
