The property is in a great location and well equipped with everything and more than you will need for your stay! It was spotless and we will definitely be back 😁
Only downside is the leaving for 10am other than that was amazing

It’s a great annex to the side of the property and has a lovely conservatory. The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge is big. It’s in a quiet area but not far from St Andrews. Very lovely garden and washing machine and dryer available in the garage to use which was very helpful.
The beds are quite uncomfortable with old style sprung mattresses which meant we didn’t sleep so well. The lounge furniture we also found not comfy. The shower wasn’t very powerful and the whole place is starting to look a little dated. But it was just a base for us and is perfectly functional and lovely and George was very helpful.

property was clean and garden was beautiful.
shower has extremely pressure which was very disappointing . Though it was not mention or Neither it’s mandatory but usually owners of the property keeps pint of milk and a bit of coffee in the kitchen which I always consider good gesture as after long travel one just want these basic things before we rush for basic grocery … but it wasn’t there . Though kitchen has dishwasher , they haven’t kept any hand wash or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen . so if we have just a cup or two … we are expected to put in dishwasher.
