The property is in a great location and well equipped with everything and more than you will need for your stay! It was spotless and we will definitely be back 😁

Great little garden annex outside of St Andrews

It’s a great annex to the side of the property and has a lovely conservatory. The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge is big. It’s in a quiet area but not far from St Andrews. Very lovely garden and washing machine and dryer available in the garage to use which was very helpful.

The beds are quite uncomfortable with old style sprung mattresses which meant we didn’t sleep so well. The lounge furniture we also found not comfy. The shower wasn’t very powerful and the whole place is starting to look a little dated. But it was just a base for us and is perfectly functional and lovely and George was very helpful.

Cute little spot in a great location close to everything!

Great neighborhood. Very nice and polite hosts. Clean unit and very convenient to old town.

The beds and pillows were extremely cheap, hard and uncomfortable, as was the couch. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed and couch I’ve ever been on. This was not a comfortable spot to relax and recover after spending the day walking and playing golf.

property is around half an hour walk from town .. but it’s not definitely value for money . I visit St Andrew frequently

property was clean and garden was beautiful.

shower has extremely pressure which was very disappointing . Though it was not mention or Neither it’s mandatory but usually owners of the property keeps pint of milk and a bit of coffee in the kitchen which I always consider good gesture as after long travel one just want these basic things before we rush for basic grocery … but it wasn’t there . Though kitchen has dishwasher , they haven’t kept any hand wash or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen . so if we have just a cup or two … we are expected to put in dishwasher.

Brilliant location, comfortable apartment, friendly host.

Lovely apartment - heating available anytime which made it cosy when we arrived and the weather was chilly. Lovely little patio outside which would have been lovely for a cuppa but we were too busy elsewhere to enjoy the garden. The living room is really comfortable and it's lovely to have your own space when away from home. Bed linen crisp white and brand new! The towels equally white and really fluffy! Our host was helpful and friendly and we needed extra towels and bedding to accommodate our daughter, both were provided happily. We've been staying in St Andrews for about 10 years because of the University - I wish we'd found the Annexe sooner. The location is great.

Great short break, lovely owner and accommodation.

Accommodation was lovely, had everything we needed, fresh towels delivered during our stay. Easy walking distance to centre (20 mins). Owner knowledgeable and helpful.

Although the shower was lovely and hot it could have done with being a little more powerful. But that’s a very minor compared to the annex’s positives.
