Nice clean place but slapdash. Owned by remote company overseas. Needs more care and attention.

Spacious and very clean. Ample towels and soap etc. Ironing board and hairdryers provided. Tea and coffee were appreciated and also the condiments. The washing machine with liquid was very welcome. A nice area and peaceful

Communication was not good. Before we arrived booking.com messages were answered but not when we were there. In the end I had to ring and was surprised to then receive a call from California. A caretaker attended the property to attend the issues. Broken door handle - fixed. Persistent hot temperature not fixed - still hot next morning after his visit. Wifi fixed but modem should have been turned on in the first place. Lastly on the morning of our departure there was no hot water but too late to report and the manual said the water came on a timer so we couldn't fix ourselves. Overall it felt as though the property had not been inspected properly before we arrived.

Love being back on St Andrews

Nice spot, lovely and warm, very clean ,private has 2 bedrooms, nice easy walk to town, parking, garden if weather had been warmer

Shower door broken, bathroom smelt of damp- window difficult to open. Only 4 of everything—one plate chipped scissors broken These things reported ( not chip) immediately but not fixed.

Great Stay in excellent property

Only couple of minutes drive from centre of St Andrews in a quiet location . Excellent design with outside garden space and 2 free car parking spaces. All mod cons in property and very comfortable. I Shouldn’t really say excellent property as this will encourage everyone to book it and I might not be able to go back there again 🤔🤣🤣

A lovely property in a quiet and secluded part of St Andrews

Great location on the outskirts of the centre of St Andrews. Lovely modern facility, comfortable, well kept, clean and tidy. Suited our family visit to St Andrews perfectly.

Nothing to dislike, only grumble was the Internet connection, which was very poor. Not great when trying to book restaurant and activities online.

While we were mostly happy during our stay in this cabin, there were a couple of issues that made it quite umcomfortable

Perfect! Would recommend.

I booked the Garden House for my Family and we were all positively surprised about how nice it is. All rooms were in great condition and clean! We had a small kitchen, wifi worked without problems and the living space felt very homey. If we ever come back to St Andrews we will definitely ask for the Garden House again. Note: A taxi into town cost me 5£.

Just a small thing because our experience was overwhelmingly positive. I has asked for the double bed option, which was not implemented. However, it didn’t make much of a difference.

Gardening in St Andrews

The accommodation was perfect for what we were looking for, it was comfortable, it had everything we needed, it was just a short drive from St Andrews, we had privacy, and parking right up to the front door, perfect, so was the weather. Would definitely recommend The Garden House.

Very comfortable. Bright, clean and well laid out. The space is not large but it is very functional. Easy walk to town, convenient parking, and nice outdoor space. We would stay again.

Great city & a pity we didnt stop longer.

Nice property & nice location. Facilities were good. Free broadband & nice TV & great kitchen.

Possibly could have done with a set of drawers in bedroom-not everyone is good at kneeling down to drawers under the bed!. The heating system was perhaps the only real niggle. Probably too high tech but there was a manual to read to control it though. Kept coming on throughout the night. The noise from this was only thing preventing a good nights sleep as the location is very quiet.

We were very warm especially throughout the night and weren’t able to open the windows as the windows in the bedrooms are full length doors. There was air con in the main area of the property but not in the bedrooms with door closed

Only minus was a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of St Andrews. This is not a complaint - we already knew about this!
