Excellent hotel in all aspects. Really nice rooms with a great view from the balcony, an amazing pool area, and fantastic staff who always were there to help. The buggy to/from the beach area is from 8am to midnight so really handy and the breakfast is also very tasty. Would highly recommend!

Amazinggg!! So stunning. Says it’s on beachfront but it’s about 15 minutes walking, but they have staff to drive you to and from the beach any time of the day. Staff is absolutely attentive and nice! If you want an amazing trip, stay here

The location is perfect. The high point gives it a great view on both sides, sea and mountain.
The breakfast was excellent. They serve it to your table and it felt like all you can eat.
The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. We even requested to go to a nearby winery and they brought us and waited for us. That is exceptional service.
We had a very happy warm stay. I will definitely recommend and go back.
Also the suite with sea view, super worth it at a very affordable price.

The hotel is nice and well located. Without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, it's quite close to the waterfront where the bars and restaurants are. The pool area is very pleasant, as is the bar/restaurant. The staff are friendly and try to please the guests, however, it is visible the lack of monitoring and training.
The room is quite small and in particular the bathroom has no space at all. The sink is practically inside the shower.
The light in the room is white, which is already unpleasant and there is no bedside table light. The room is either dark or with super strong lighting, there is no middle ground.
The breakfast is extremely poor: there is no toaster to heat the bread, no yogurt or sliced fruit. The scrambled eggs are terrible. Everything is made available to the guests in minimal quantities and the staff is always trying to replace what is missing (but something is always missing: dishes, glasses, bread, juice, etc).
