La vue est incroyable, la piscine a débordement, la plage privée avec transat et parasols tenue par le très sympathique Noel, le restaurant, le parking, la gentillesse du personnel et la réactivité du Manager

Pas d'équipement dans les chambres pour se faire un thé ou café. Frigo minuscule. Lampe de chevet disponible mais pas adaptées (devant être rechargées régulièrement et sur demande). Ménage fait uniquement a la demande.

El lugar la tranquilidad el sonido del mar que entraba en la habitación. La cordialidad empatía y servicio de su Manager aqui en le agradecemos el trato y disponibilidad continua.

El nivel del servicio un tanto amateur en el restaurante. Con buena predisposición pero no profesional. Mesas sin preparar en el desayuno por ejemplo. La falta de oferta en el menú y de productos que a pesar de estar anunciados no los tenían. Cierta improvisación en materia técnica. Al llegar el aire acondicionado no funcionaba o la caja fuerte se tenía que instalar o el jacuzzi ni llegaba a la temperatura. Eso sí predisposición a todo y lo arreglaron. Finalmente decir que en la habitación no había los amenities básicos como agua cafés o tés.

We have just spent four absolutely wonderful nights at Kshira Hotel in Qeparo, and our stay will remain a very special memory. The hotel is set in an exceptional location, with breathtaking sea views from our room, the beautiful infinity pool, and the restaurant terrace. Our room was bright and spacious, with a wonderful view over the sea and the pool. Just below the hotel, the small private beach, nestled in a beautiful little cove, is a real hidden gem and a truly peaceful place to enjoy the sea. A special thank you to Klajdi, the hotel manager, and his entire team for their kindness, helpfulness and warm welcome. Klajdi was particularly attentive throughout our stay, always friendly, smiling and ready to help. Kshira is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing hotel where you immediately feel at ease. Everything came together to make our four nights there truly perfect. We are leaving with wonderful memories, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back if I have the opportunity!
