No lift which was difficult with large suitcases but we made it work. Also the breakfast was not the best, had to ask multiple times for cutlery and had limited food which was at times cold (e.g eggs)

Best location

Absolutely loved the stay. I recommend the room with the balcony because the view is beautiful. Right next to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. The only complain I have is that we got the 20% off code for dinner at Ikebana and they didn’t want to accept it. But the beach for us is the best in Albania

The Worst Hotel Experience – Not Worth Even One Star! This place is an absolute disgrace. Do NOT waste your money here! The sea is beautiful, but that’s thanks to nature, not this so-called “hotel.” We paid an outrageous price (around €500 per night) and got conditions worse than a construction site. We booked a “villa,” but what we got was NOT a villa at all – it was an unfinished apartment under renovation, with building materials scattered inside, filthy floors, broken glass, no running water, and no working air conditioning. The entrance door was literally a glass balcony door, with zero security, and cleaning staff left their tools lying around. Breakfast? A complete joke. What they offer has nothing to do with the price you’re paying. Staff? Rude and unprofessional, except for Fabio and Dani who at least tried. The rest didn’t care at all. The beach bar? Prices are at least 30% higher than everywhere else in the area. And those “included” sunbeds? Forget about choosing them – they claim they belong to the beach bar (which is part of the hotel!) If you don’t want your vacation ruined, stay away from this scam. Do NOT spend € for stress and disappointment.

Not much - horrible traffic along the beach and chaotic parking. They wouldn’t hold our luggage when we got there early. So much rubbish and old construction waste everywhere. Rubbish on beach. Not really a private beach at all

The overdevelopment of this coastline is shameful and sad . Someone told us it was beautiful and it was just sad. No infrastructure to support the amount of people and disgraceful overdevelopment. Traffic was terrible parking was a shambles and there was so much rubbish.

Not worth the money

Just in front of beach with own beds. Location of breakfast with view on ocean is superb. Staff really friendly!

Would choose it again for location, price and confort!

The location is the best. It is at the end of Dhermi so it is quiet and the beach is beautiful. We did not find it crowded (maybe low season still). You are only a few minutes away from all the restaurants and “noise” in Dhermi but then it is quiet early at night whilst other more central hotels must be very loud. Ana at the front desk was very friendly- she worked many shifts and did her best to recommend activities and restaurants. The hotel has parking which is great given the busy beach. The hotel price was very good.

The breakfast was okay but we have had better ones in Albania at cheaper hotels or even hotels of this same range. But we are not very picky or complain too much so overall we enjoyed it. The bar was a bit overpriced compared to others and we felt they were making prices up. However it could be the language barrier. They try very hard with English (and we know NO Albanian).

Best place in Dhermi 🌺

the stunning location located right by the beach, the awesome and welcoming staff, the modern and spacious rooms, the cleaning staff was always there and making sure everything in our rooms was clean and on point, the staff from the beach bar Ikabena was also very nice and serving us great drinks and cocktails. we will for sure recommend this hotel to family and friends and will come back again! :) the girls from the reception desk were simply the best! thank you girls ❤️❤️ we will miss you!

Disappointing, overpriced and incomplete accommodation

Nice location being at the end of the beach but the walk to the shops is pretty dark and a big trash bin that was overflowing on route.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Despite Friendly Staff. If you don’t want to be disappointed on your holiday I would not stay here. I recently stayed in the sea-facing villa and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations—especially considering the high price, which was more than double the cost of the deluxe suite for two people. The pricing did not make any sense. There were several issues with the accommodation: • WiFi and TV didn’t work, which was a major inconvenience. • The villa felt unfinished—half the apartment seemed like it was still under construction. There was a mirror on the floor, glass sheets in the living area and wires out of the wall where a TV should be. • No sheets or linen were provided on the beds upon arrival. When I notified the staff on our first night they said they would put sheets on the pillows but when we got back late the second night there were still no pillow cases on the pillows. • Cleaning supplies and chemicals were left out in the open. • The shower leaked, and there was no kettle provided. • Pots were shoved haphazardly under the sink, and the kitchen plug socket was broken. • Furniture was incomplete—a mirror was left lying on the bedroom floor and there were cupboards only in one bedroom. • There was no communal TV, and the only TV provided was in one bedroom. Overall, the villa felt more like a work-in-progress than a finished, premium accommodation option. While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the state of the villa simply didn’t justify the cost. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the location and staff have potential—but the condition of the villa needs urgent attention before being listed at this price point.

Nice room but dissapointing overall experience

Room was nice but having half of our party staying in the villa and feeling like they got ripped off dampened our stay. The stairs leading up to the room were dusty and dirty and gave the feeling that it was not clean. The property has potential but they should really reconsider the pricing for some rooms.

Very nice beach hotel

Hotel was straight on the beach with a beach bar and a restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and made sure we had enough towels etc. we had breakfast included in our price which was a buffet style breakfast. The sunbeds on the beach were free to use and was very comfortable, staff walked about to make sure all the umbrellas and beds where in a nice standing order and bought drinks over on request. The room and shower was clean and fresh.

Thank you for the warm welcome. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and even gave us a room upgrade with a sea view. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.

The room has poor soundproofing. Too much noise from the bathroom extractor fan.

Die Strasse die vom Zentrum zu Hotel fuhr war nicht beleuchtete, am abend muss mann mit handy Licht machen um überhaupt zu laufen .

Nous avons payé 250 euros pour le mois d'août pour une chambre sans vue avec un mur et même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, l'accès en voiture est une horreur fuyez l'albanie au mois d'août. Et la lunette des wc était cassée fallait faire attention à ne pas se blesser.

La habitación es cómoda y tenía una linda vista al mar. Las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y simpáticas. Ubicación perfecta. Sombrilla y reposera incluidas

Desayuno con muy pocas opciones. Solicité cargar una botella de agua de un bidón que tienen en su restaurante (ya que tenía varias horas conduciendo a Tirana y hacía demasiado calor) y los dos muchachos que atienden ahí se burlaron como si me aprovechara

Prétend être un hôtel de haut standing mais ne l’est pas. Trop d’éléments doivent encore être améliorés. Les murs, la peinture, le sol sont parfois endommagés. Le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le rapport qualité prix n’était pas bon.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme waren inklusive. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilft wo es kann. Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer im Freien.

Für die vielen Treppen (kein Fahrstuhl) und die Größe des Zimmers (die Familienzimmer sind kaum größer als die normalen Doppelzimmer) etwas zu teuer.

La struttura meriterebbe 10 stelle e non solo 5 per posizione e per cortesia dello staff Si trova praticamente in spiaggia ed è l’ultimo hotel della via, quindi in posizione tranquilla e fuori dal caos del centro di Dhermi. I servizi sono semplicemente perfetti: spiaggia con lettini comodissimi, teli mare morbidi e particolarmente grandi, bar e ristorante con cibo ottimo, curato e con personale super sorridente. Menzione speciale per la ragazza della reception, il suo nome è Ina, dolcissima, gentilissima, con una disponibilità fuori dal comune, sia ad esaudire le nostre richieste, sia a fornirci le informazioni e le dritte giuste per rendere super confortevole il nostro soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare per averci lasciato usufruire della spiaggia, con teli e lettini anche per tutto il giorno della partenza. Se dovessi consigliare un posto in Albania, questo sarebbe tra i primi della lista

Zeer mooie plek, en beste gastvrouw Ina!

Ina, Ina, Ina, Ina heeft mijn verblijf gewoon zoveel beter gemaakt. Het was off-saison, maar Ina haar vriendelijkheid, warmte, gesprekken en tips maakten zoveel goed. Ze deed er alles aan om kleine mankementen van anderen/hotel goed te maken.

Increible estancia frente a las playas de Dhermi

La habitacion es enorme, las camas son sumamente comodas, la vista al frente es increible. El personal de recepcion es sumamente amable. Se nota que el hotel es nuevo. La relacion precio - calidad en la fecha en que asistimos fue inmejorable.

El desayuno podría ser mucho mejor, con mas variedad, pero tampoco esta mal.

Muito agradável!

O ponto mais forte do hotel sem dúvida são os funcionários. As meninas da recepção são incansáveis em procurar agradar e ajudar. A localização do hotel é ótima: em frente à praia a não muito longe das festas, proporcionando uma noite de sono tranquilo, caso queira. Muitos restaurantes ficam próximos e da pra ir a pé. O serviço de praia é ótimo. Um ponto que precisa melhorar: permitir aos hóspedes levar consumíveis pro quarto, como bebidas e tal. Entendemos a preocupação do hotel com a limpeza, mas viajando em família é muito gostoso lanchar na varanda do quarto, por exemplo.
