Nice country and nice hotel with good food

The value of the property for the price is high comparing to what is offered. Missing toiletries . In the bathroom you can only find toothbrushes set and shaving kit . Breakfast also can get better , adding more variety .

Very sweet and helpful staff!! It was my daughters birthday and they did surprise her and had a cake for her! Wonderful elegant rooms, beautiful and peaceful beach! Very much recommend!

Newly constructed building on a lovely beach with a wonderful staff and restaurant!

Property is very new has wonderful finishes. The beach is clean and long. Breakfast was excellent and we had a great dinner at the restaurant as well. The staff was very, very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Loved the restaurant and the beach. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. Staff were super friendly. We enjoyed kayaking at the beach

Not a true 5 star hotel

Good location, convenient valet parking under the hotel, exceptional massage by lady from Bali, good size room. Fairly newly built. Nice swimming pool on the roof

No blanket on the bed. Found a duvet in the cupboard, but one person size with stains and no cover. No coffee facilities in the room and mediocre coffee at breakfast. Tried to rent a boat with hotel staff at the beach, but was charged 3 times what we paid next door. No view from the room.

Good room, still need to work on customer service.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was decent but the wait staff were not very attentive (beach bar and restaurant) and it felt hard to get anyone’s attention.

The front of house staff gave a lot of conflicting information. They also did not tell us the blue eye was closed on the morning we explicitly said we were going. Seems like they have nice facilities but are still figuring out the customer service side of hotels. Also there was no wine opener in the hotel room. The food was decent but the wait staff were not very attentive (beach bar and restaurant) and it felt hard to get anyone’s attention.

A total disappointment !!!

The distance between beach umbrellas!

1. Check-in available only at 16:20. Arrived at 15:10, was asked to wait until 16. When back, was asked to wait for few more minutes. 2. Smell of the sewage attached to the restaurant 3. Poor breakfast, cold eggs, very poor coffee, if you would ask for a normal caffe - it was charged, even though breakfast was included in the price 4. First 2 lines of the umbrellas in front were occupied from the staff early in the morning by putting towels and there were times that the whole day no one came or people were coming at 3 PM. Everyone is treated equally but “some more equally than the others”.

Overpriced, overrated and poor breakfast/ experience

- poor breakfast (lack of quality products, staring from joghurt, seasonal fruit selection, food presentation (who eats cold pizza slizes for breakfast?; have you ever tried good quality greek joghurt? Why do you cut all your fruits - so the banana becomes brown after 30 min?; why do you offer coffee from a decent machine only at extra charges? Albania has good products - you just dont find them at la Brisa: example Fig is a local fruit available during months of June @ 4.0 EUR/ kg - its cheap and you can offer a local product to your clients and show what albania has to offer). Stop squeezing the lemon. At a nightly rate of 280.00 EUR/ with breakfast you are not a cheap hotel. Offer your guests a decent coffee and take out that machine built in 1990! You wont become rich by charging an extra 1.30 EUR/ espresso. Think sustainable. - very noisy environment at the beach and until 00:00 - you book a sea view room but you cannot enjoy it becauE its loud outside. Who plays electro music at 09:00 am when majority of your clients are families with kids and couples who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation, nature and read a book (impossible with that noice). You are permanently exposed to noise - from the morning to midnight. Only if you dip your head in the sea you can hear nature :) - i will not return to this hotel even if the room was offered at half price!

Price and bones of a 5 star hotel, missing the finer details

Location and staff

Gym seems to be an afterthought. No kettle or mugs in the room. Beach bar is pricey compared to other options along the beach, similar to prices you see in Croatia. Only machine coffee included in breakfast.

Nice hotel but not worth the price

The hotel is very comfortable, directly at the beach, very new. The rooms and balcony are nice. The beach is great and the sunbeds and umbrella are really nice.

You need to be aware that there is constantly music the whole day. Between noon and midnight the noice is exhausting and not at all relaxing . On our second day we moved to the pool on the roof top together with quite a number of other guests because it was too noisy. We got the answer that guests want to have loud music when we asked to turn it down. But one thing that we do expect from a hotel at this price level is that we get a good coffee included in the breakfast and that you don‘t need to pay for it. Instant coffee really?

Wonderful stay and a really thoughtful welcome.

Best hotel in Dhermi. Such friendly staff and a wonderful warm welcome. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond with a personal message in the room on arrival. Everything about the stay was perfect and the staff were so great.

Wrong time, wrong place? Expected better.

Modern and good quality hotel. Nice rooms. Decent restaurant. Area has the potential to be very nice when complete.

We must have come at the wrong time as the entire area was like a builders yard - loads of construction! Almost all staff were all grumpy. Hotel smelt damp and musty. Most expensive place we stayed on trip around Albania - overpriced food and drink - not good value compared to rest of the country.

Fake it till you make it!

We booked a nice room in a higher category.

We would never ever stay there again. It was not blissful nor relaxing at all. The noise made the last part of our vacation a disaster. There was either noise from the construction (they were still building up the beach bar and a new hotel is being built next door) or extremely loud music from a bar nearby until 3am. Every single day and night! The breakfast is average, nothing special. The reception staff were friendly. The restaurant staff only made a minimum. Over all, definitely not worth the money.

Wouldn't suggest staying "out of season"

Location, breakfast and staff all good.

Beach Bar AND pool bar not open. Not advertised or made clear at any point during booking. Drinks very expensive compared to other establishments. (For the same bottles/cans) Power kept cutting out in the room. Aircon wouldn't work the first night. Very very noisy. Rooms don't keep any sound out and the hallway has music playing until at least 11pm which penetrates the room.

Premium price but it's a premium product, a wonderful place to stay.

This is a beautiful and luxurious hotel right on the seafront at Dhermi. The room and bathroom were spacious with top quality bedding and towelling, and a generous worktop and seating. Valet parking, friendly but professional staff, beach bar and loungers, rooftop pool, gym and spa, kiddy room. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good with various healthy options (nuts, seeds etc.).

The Artur restaurant is very good with an unusually decent range of wines but it is a separate business so F&B cannot be charged to the room. There was free bottled water in the room on arrival but not subsequently. There is only one power socket at the bedroom desktop and it is in a cramped recess which makes it difficult to use adaptors and UK plugs. There is music from the nearest beach bars all day long though it's not too loud, the double glazing is pretty good if you want to nap, and it does stop by 11:30pm.

hotel is definitely best in dhermi. really amazing views, comfy and felt very luxurious.

not the property, but the actual beach wasn’t great if you like peace. We knew we weren’t going anywhere private, but we also didn’t realise Dhermi was a party destination! Our fault really, but be prepared for loud Europop coming from every restaurant on the front.

Very unpleasant stay.

It was at the beach, but all ocean front rooms were super expensive. The beach wasnt a good one if you want to go into the water.

The facilities. We were extremely hot in our room. I let the front desk know around 22:00 that we couldnt sleep because the room was so hot. They apologized, but said the air conditioning for the building wasnt turned on yet because it wasnt hot enough outside. We stayed in mid May. With this information we tried opening the window, but this didnt help. As we were sweltering in our room by midnight, i complained again letting them know how miserable we were. This time they sent someone to our room. When he found our window opened, he said that was why the air conditioning didnt work. We told him we only opened the window becaise we were told the building's AC unit wasnt turned on. He closed our window set the controls to maximize. This time the room did start to cool, but unfortunately the AC unit didnt stay on very long. If we continued to get up every hour and turn the unit back on, the room became less miserable hot. The breakfast was low quality. Artificial juice, bread wasnt quality, cheap jam. Bottom line, we felt we paid a very high price, but had a sub quality stay. We definitely do not recommend.

Could be very good

Very good buffet breakfast on our second day, but the first day was a la carte, very poor. Beautiful place in front of the beach. Private parking. Very good restaurant. The massage I had with Emi was amazing! Very comfortable bed and great shower!

It had everything to be a wonderful stay, but, unfortunately, our second night was ruined because of a wedding that took place under our room. We were paying more for a room with a sea view and spent the night without being able to sleep because it was like sleeping inside a disco. It is unacceptable to do this to the best rooms of a 5* hotel. Besides, we were also unable to use the inside of the restaurant (and it was a cold night) because of the wedding.

Pleasant

New hotel beautifully decorated and right on the beach. Rooms were a good size and they offered a buffet hot breakfast. We stayed in the beg of October, so the hotel was very quiet.

We stayed at the end of the season early October and their bar on the beach ran out of beer, didn't offer wine by the glass, one or two cocktails, few food options, basically they were closing for the season and were not fully stocked. We would not go back outside of peak summer as everything around was also closed.
