Everything is up to standards and a very hard working staff

The property was beachfront and had its own private section reserved on the beach with lounge chairs for its patrons.

The staff at check in was not very welcoming. We also booked our reservation almost 8 months in advance and requested to have rooms right next to each other. Since we were traveling with our children, we also requested rooms with views of the ocean- both requested were not accommodated, which was frustrating. The woman in reception spoke to us as if we were stupid, constantly repeating herself. The manager was able to get the second room next to us the next day of our stay.

Amazing view, the rooms were large and had everything I needed. I loved the rooftop pool and that there was sun beds available all day for guests. The breakfast was very good quality and had a lot of variety. The valet parking was also great as there isn’t much parking in the area.

Everything was perfect but the gym is a typical tiny hotel gym and needs more equipment to call it a gym

It was right on the beach, which was great! It was also nice to have a free breakfast.

We arrived and there was no hot water in our room. There were stains on our bed sheet. The staff did fix this, but we were disappointed about the events.
