La Brisa Boutique Hotel

The cleanliness was good, staff were polite and a good location.

The balcony glass was loose, very dangerous which was reported, music was so loud outside of an evening, work was still being done on the hotel which wasn’t expected.

Our room was excellent with a big tv, amazing bed and pillows and a great bathroom. The breakfast was good and the beach towel staff was superfriendly. The beach facilities were good. Parking was arranged well (valet) considering the underground parking wasn't completed yet.

The pool was broken (leakage) in the week we stayed, we got a complimentary massage - after - asking for compensation. Staff at the restaurant/breakfast seemed disinterested and were not specifically welcoming. There was also quite the construction going on (big hotel being built next to this) - which obviously is not in control of the hotel but did affect our stay.

I loved the service of the hotel - Buzra was such a wonderful host and I’m grateful for her attention to detail with my stay

Although the restaurant is not owned by the hotel I would recommend you went somewhere else for dinner! Breakfast and service was average ( this is separate to the hotel)

Gorgeous rooms (stayed in suite). Gorgeous roof top pool. Great location.

Breakfast is NOT a five star hotel breakfast - hot dogs, lukewarm beans, mass bucket for fried eggs cooked hours ago, unripe fruit and yogurt. Beach club staff is insanely rude - especially to men and creepy with women. Wouldn’t comply with simple drink requests and never coming to take orders despite having 5-6 employees standing around smoking cigarettes and not paying attention. Beach clubs play music till 12am - super loudly and can hear every note through the windows - very obnoxious and hard to sleep. There is insane amount of construction going on - they are building a sister hotel so constant construction noise, no parking, and doesn’t look appealing. Wouldn’t stay here again. All the tourists were complaining about the same stuff at checkout
