Villa Seriska Dua Sanur, Spacious 4BR Private Pool Villa with Private Cook, Spa & Tour

Villa staff were outstanding, nothing too much trouble. The Villa itself is very comfortable and clean. Although located in a residential area, a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The only constructive feedback our group had was in relation to the decking around the pool. It could do with being replaced. There were a few screws and pieces of wood that could be harmful if running / not paying attention.

Breakfast was very good. The chef did a great job. Wayan & Indrii couldn’t do enough to assist with our request. Will recommend this villa to my friends.

The air conditioner could be bigger for the master Room as it doesn’t get really cold enough.

The villa exceeded all our expectations, offering spacious rooms with top-notch amenities. Every day, we were treated to fresh mineral water and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The pool was absolutely fantastic and pristine, cleaned and pH balanced every other day. The en-suite bathroom in the king room was truly impressive, almost the size of a studio apartment. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

We could not find a single fault with this beautiful villa. The property is simply breathtaking. Clean and well maintained, the staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for our group. Wayan is such a beautiful soul, nothing was ever a hassle. Sila was a genius in the kitchen, serving up yummy breakfasts and dinners when we decided to stay in. Putra, our villa manager was a pleasure to deal with and even organised a birthday cake and balloons free of charge for one of our birthdays! Such a surprise and we were all so appreciative. This villa is simply divine. So big and beautiful, we will definitely be back.

Breakfast was delicious and cooked daily by our lovely chef. It was included in the booking. Very limited choices but always tasty and generous portions. Additional meals could be ordered with advance notice for lunch or dinner however we went out for all meals as we enjoy exploring Sanur. The pool area was outstanding. Pool itself beautiful, cleaned regularly and huge for a villa. Daybed loungers were comfy and 8 available which is unusual. The bedrooms were huge, clean, modern, and all had their own lovely ensuites. 2 rooms with king beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. The two king bedrooms had huge ensuites. Lots of storage space for clothes and baggage in every bedroom. Large kitchen for self-catering if needed. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. The manager was easy to contact via WhatsApp and a pleasure to deal with. The housekeeping staff and security were all very lovely and friendly. Multiple lounge areas and large dining table. Comfortable beds. You could also have private yoga classes or massages at the villa organised by manager but we did our own yoga on the lovely deck via YouTube on laptop. Villa is spacious, clean, modern, bright, beautiful pool area which was so relaxing looking over the long narrow stunning garden. Highly recommend this villa for large families or groups.

Our aircon in main bedroom didn't work after day 1 and they arranged for a temporary mobile one while they attempted to repair by technicians over a few days. They worked hard to repair and ensure we were comfortable. Being a menopausal woman I struggled with the heat (!) so wasn't ideal but it all worked out in the end. The area is not the greatest location, however there is very good security and two sets of gates to access villa so we felt safe. It's a decent walk to central Sanur, but we love walking on our holidays. It's only 5 min walk to beach but for some people that's too far. It's a cheap and easy taxi ride to central and north Sanur if you don't like to or struggle with walking especially over the bumpy footpaths - staff are only too happy to arrange a Grab or Gojek (like Uber) or Bluebird taxi for you anytime. Some people won't like that the staff are at the villa most of the time, however we have been to Bali many times and it doesn't bother us, they are such lovely, gentle people. The manager also said on day 1 that we can let him if we need more privacy anytime. I'm just including these issues as some may find them of concern. I would still highly recommend this villa despite some issues listed above. It's just beautiful and we had a wonderful week there! My photo's really don't do it justice.

We found that breakfast could have been more varied, even with a plain continental breakfast as an option when there for a number of days.

Location is fantastic, walk or bike ride (free to use) to beach and restaurants but quiet and away from main tourist area of Sanur. Villa is gorgeous, beautiful pool and gardens with large, super fancy rooms. Staff were the best! Putra and his team couldn't have looked after us better. We were two families of four adults and four children and its an ideal location. Kids were happy by the pool for hours and a little bit of Netflix on the big screen as downtime. Highly recommend this as a family stay, same service as a hotel but it's all yours!

The Villa staff were amazing, great location, safe villa for young children. Great experience there. Will stay here again for sure.

On our arrival to Bali we were picked up at the airport by Putra. It made it so easy he was great and so helpful if we needed anything. The villa is beautiful and has a very well kept garden and pool. The indoors area was really clean. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared by in house chef with western and Indonesian options. He also cooked us a delicious seafood buffet on night Indonesian style which was amazing. We had a massage therapist come to the villa who was organised by the lady’s that cleaned (apologies forgot names) she was great and so nice to have massage in villa. It was a lovely was to start our Bali holiday!

Location was good and close to beach and rip curl school of surf.

We stayed in Bali from Dec 14th to 23rd. During this period, we stayed at 3 different places to test it out and before COVID, we visited Bali every quarter. This Villa is one of the most overrated and worst I have seen in terms of value. This villa is not worth the value. It costs similar to Intercontinental in Sanur when we visited. 1. I've never been to a villa where staff comes in and out of the villa as though it was their property. This was an eye opener and a shocker. 2. The sofa cover was filthy and dirty, not to mention the walls have some small black stuffs stucked to it. 3. Service from staff was not great. We would never go back.

The villa was stunning and we had a very relaxing week. The pool was beautiful and the bedrooms were comfortable and luxurious.( fans and air con) The staff were amazing, catering to all our needs. The beach was a ten minute walk away- bikes are available to use if wanted . This really is an incredible villa and we’ll be back! Thank you for our lovely stay.

Possibly a little more choice for breakfast

The accommodation was excellent and the staff could not have been more welcoming. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the kids loved the big TV and streaming services. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic. Great value for money.

It would be really nice if there were a few more options for breakfast e.g. cereals and pastries.

This villa has everything we need. Facilities and services are exceptional. The staffs is the highlight of it. Pak Putra, Bu Wayan and the chef Pak Wayan are very attentive and responsible. There are some issues with AC and EDC machine but they are managed to solve it quickly. Would definitely stay again next time. Thank you :)

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere - staff were extremely helpful

We hadden deze villa uitgekozen omdat ze een chef hebben. Na het boeken van Villa Seriska Dua  ontvingen we een menu voor Food, Spa en Tours die zij organiseren. Helemaal enthousiast hebben wij Sanur Dua en Jimbaran geboekt. We kregen pick-up en drop-off Airport en vervoer van villa naar villa.  Zelfs voor 1 gast die later kwam werd een airport pick-up geregeld. Putra (manager) en Iin (reservation officer) waren heel erg behulpzaam bij het boeken van de villa's en activiteiten (massages, kookles en snorkeluitje naar Nusa Lebongan). Door twee verschillende locaties uit te zoeken konden we vanuit Jimbaran omgeving Nusa Dua verkennen en vanuit Sanur konden we Ubud en Nusa Lebongan verkennen. De villa was perfect voor onze groep 7 volwassenen en 2 kleinkinderen. Op loopafstand van supermarkt, Soul in a Bowl (coffe/tapasbar/resto) en Dimattina Roastery & Kitchen (koffiebar) en dichtbij Icon Mall. Het zwembad was ideaal, ook voor de kleintjes. De tuin was heerlijk om erin te vertoeven. De beschikking over de fietsen (met kinderzitje) zou perfect zijn ware het niet dat de fietsen te klein zijn voor ons. Maar omdat alles op loopafstand is was dit niet erg. Strand is iets verder weg. De master bedroom en de andere grote slaapkamer waren geweldig. Alle bedden waren goed. Perfect. Badkamers in Bali stijl. De staff was zo vriendelijk  en behulpzaam. Gaf tips welke markten we konden bezoeken . Wayan heeft kroepoek gekocht voor ons kleinkind voor bij de rijst. Sila de chef maakt dagelijks heerlijke ontbijt. Vooral de smoothie bowl was in trek. De tweede dag een heerlijke Family Style dinner. Echt heerlijk. De eerste dag in Jimbaran was Sila meegegaan om de lunch voor ons klaar te maken. Heerlijk. Kookles van Sila was ook gezellig.  Strandlakens werden bijna dagelijks verschoond. Kamers en badkamers  werden dagelijks schoon gemaakt en muggenvrij gesprayed. Dames hielden alles goed schoon. Niets was te veel. Zelfs even een outfit strijken was niet te veel gevraagd.

Misschien te ver van het strand maar we hebben dit niet gemist vanwege het zwembad in de mooie tuin.

Quelle belle surprise ! La villa est tout d’abord somptueuse, les chambres sont belles et grandes, décorées avec goût. Mais c’est pas tout, le personnel s’occupe est a nos petits soins. Quel bonheur d’avoir un bon petit déjeuner préparer par le chef Wayan. Nous avons fait encore appel à lui deux fois pour un repas le soir, que du bonheur ! Un régal, je vous le conseille. Tout est bien organisé par Putra, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Ce sera un séjour avec le service d’un hôtel, mais mieux vous êtes rien que pour vous dans une villa. Merci pour ce beau moment

De locatie is erg goed, vlakbij alle “actie” maar toch erg rustig gelegen. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn groot en mooi. Villa wordt goed schoon gehouden en er wordt super lekker gekookt.

Meubilair in de woonkamer en keuken kunnen wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Verder zit er veel vocht in het huis, duidelijk op de muren te zien.
