Bamboo Moon Villas

Great find in the residential area we enjoyed our 11 night stay

The school next door creates quite a bit of noise early morning

Nice area and staff were great

There was a lot of construction going on behind Villa 1 where we stayed which was very annoying with “tapping” going on from morning til late afternoon.. The Villa (1) needs a major overhaul the cupboards in the kitchen were rotting out on the inside..the bathrooms needed a really good clean and rust was on all of the bathroom fittings along with soap scum. The bed mosquito nets had bugs inside them and were very dusty so we didn’t use them. the couch in the lounge needed a really good clean and the TV was inside a cabinet and was very hard to watch so it should be on the wall for better viewing. If the villa management and owners took the time to do a bit of an upgrade to this villa it would be great.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The villa is in a great location and a swimming pool which was surprisingly large and always clean.

The noise from the school was more than we expected. The children singing and dancing was lovely but I am presuming it was the headteacher shouting through a loudspeaker for half an hour at 7 am was not as pleasant. No noise at weekends and when the school is on holiday. Also there is alot of moped traffic noise which is heard from the small bedroom from 6:45 until 7:30. To improve the villa maybe a higher quality of towel and recycling bins would be a great addition. The 3 rd bedroom is small and would benefit from a bathroom door rather than a curtain.

Location way long way to eat or shops. Cleaners took advantage of paying for laundry by someone confused with currency and accepted $50 for $5 laundry bill until it was brought to my attention, and i took money back off them.
