Perfect and relaxing

Staff were amazing and so was the food and the gardens. The perfect place for a relaxing stay, just out of the hustle and bustle of the main Sanur beach strip and a massive villa all to yourself

Distance to beach, however there is a driver which operates during daytime. So can still get to beach via car. Spa price was rather expensive. Need updating in spa.

Faultless - the service is perfect - the communication with staff is amazing - they use communication between your room And the Butler team which is responded to immediately - shuttle service to Sanur beach and Icons mall - shopping strip makes this stay a no brainer - group if 12 villas only

Overall was a relaxing stay.

It was a beautiful tranquil place. The villas were spacious and loved the privacy. Breakfast options were reasonable. Free car transfers to the beach were convenient.

There were lots of mosquitoes. So you need to constantly be applying repellent. And the bed was hard.

This property is a sanctuary and then inside each villa area is an in a sanctuary. It is the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed so incredibly private our own pool staff who was so kind and beautiful bring us whatever we needed this eight nights that we had here was an absolute dream.

Really really really exceptional service and beautiful prototypes!

The property was GORGEOUS! I stayed in a one bedroom villa in the beginning of my trip as my family was coming later, and it was exceptional! Then we moved to the 3 bedroom villa and it was as beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are semi outdoors and bathtubs are available as well. The villas are all very spacious with private pools. Really great spaces! Oh my god the hospitality here was AMAZING. Their service was quick and ALL staff were so kind and attentive. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. We were 3 adults with two kids. The villas are beautiful but what made our stay even better was the hospitality. They brought us a cake for our birthdays, and even helped us with a difficult day we had when we went on a tour to nusa penida. So grateful for this stay! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Komang, citra, udi and everyone else.

Oh my god the hospitality here was AMAZING. Their service was quick and ALL staff were so kind and attentive. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. We were 3 adults with two kids. The villas are beautiful but what made our stay even better was the hospitality. Exceptional and tranquil

The most fabulous stay! Nothing was too much trouble, we ate delicious food at the restaurant, enjoyed a wonderful massage and they organised a wonderful trip for us. It was very private, staff were very attentive and there is a free shuttle to the beach. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

I will definitely revisit here again

The location was a bit inconvenient as it wasn't in the center of Sanur. However, their drop-off service made our travel easier. The size of the villa was impressive, and both the exterior and interior were beautifully designed. The villa's professional services left a very impressive impression on us.

I found the drop-off service to be helpful, although I personally felt a bit constrained by its limited availability until 5pm. Additionally, due to the nature of the accommodation, we could hear children and people shouting which didn't allow us to have much relaxing time.

Relaxing stay, wonderful service

The service was top notch. The staff was very accommodating. Everything felt so personalized. Special thanks for Mira and her staff. They did everything to ensure we had a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. The 3 bedroom villa we stay in was really spacious and perfect for group travel. We could all lounge at the living room and private pool. We had a BBQ dinner at our villa and the setup was beyond our expectation. The food a good and the portion was overly generous. They have all day breakfast and tea but the selection is limited and taste is so so.

Although the villa give a rustic Balinese feel, it is a bit dated. The property can benefit from a bit of upgrade, eg the power points, brighter lighting and fan at the dining area (as it can be a bit hot at times)

Excellent stay!

Everything! it was an excellent stay. Great comfort, wonderful villa with private pool and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast gets delivered to your villa and the complimentary afternoon was always a treat. I have never experienced staff so friendly and service oriented. It was like we were in some heaven for a week. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect A huge villa with swimming pool. The provide free afternoon tea and breakfast everyday. In addition, there is a free shuttle to all parts of Sanur. Their staffs are super helpful and friendly , they can speaks english. I met the best therapist in the spa.

Villa was well kept, service was great, location is also very good, near the beach and nice cafes & restos.

None, although the lock at the gate was rusty and couldn't be locked. But, the staff quickly replaced it. And perhaps they should change the pillows to softer ones.

Absolute bliss

What a serene and peaceful stay! The villa is very spacious, clean, tastefully appointed and gets lots of sun all day. What I loved most about this place was it was so peaceful and quiet. All you hear is birds chirping and leaves rustling in the gentle breeze. Pure bliss! The breakfast in villa is rather simple but well prepared and delicious. There are lots of excellent food options around via Gojek or Grab. There is a free shuttle service limited to Sanur area once a day so there was no problem going to the beach or spa. If you wanna just get away from it all, do yourself a favor and stay here.

It’s a very minor issue, but I felt that the front desk called too many times each day. I suggest installing a doorbell in each villa or setting up a Whatsapp hotline for guests.

Our 3rd stay at Kayumanis was wonderful as ever

Great variety for breakfast and everything we tried was delicious. Spacious, well appointed villa with lovely garden and pool. Lovely restaurant with both Balinese and Western offerings, great quality and reasonably priced. Serene spa with a wide range of treatments and talented therapists. Exceptional customer service.

Nothing particularly wrong but there are equally good hotels in better locations

Villa was lovely and the spa was excellent. Staff overall were very smiley and friendly whether they understood or not. Kayumanis also has a restaurant on the beach, which was very good. The butler service was excellent.

Many of the staff spoke only rudimentary english. Cleaning of the villa could have been better. Not the fault of the hotel but we didn’t much like Sanur.

Ráj na zemi

Perfektní přístup, postarají se zde o Vás jako v ráji. Ubytování mnohem větší, než jsme očekávali. Řidič vás od 9 do 5 odveze na pláž, případně, pokud není k dispozici, ubytování zajistí a uhradí taxi. Každý den možnost odpoledního čaje/kávy podávané společně s malým snackem. Celkově úroveň ubytování předčila naše očekávání.

Jedinou nevýhodou tohoto ubytování byli komáři. Myslím, že ubytování si je toho vědomé a snaží se proti tomu dělat maximum – repelent do zásuvky, repelent na nastříkání na kůži, 1x týdně hubení kouřem. To je super, ale stejně jsme byli každý den celý poštípaní, i když jsme využívali všechny dostupné prostředky ochrany. Navíc kvůli škvírám mezi dveřmi se dostanou i do ložnice, a tak mě možná napadá jediné doporučení pro ubytování - moskytiéra na postel.
