Oasis Residences Sanur - Two Modern 3-BR Villas with Private Pools & Fast WiFi

The communications were fantastic. The villa was perfect for our three generation holiday. It was clean, well set up and had everything we needed. Getting transport was easy, but it was also an easy walk to the Main Street. The staff responded immediately to any concern, checking if it was ok for them to clean and always keeping our water full.

The cost was slightly more than we normally pay, but that’s life! Further from Main Street than we prefer but this wasn’t an issue.

Nice little salt pool, good beds, nice living room.

The location is not very nice for Sanur, quite far to walk to the beach or shopping street. In a neighbourhood with dodgy bars. We did not sleep well due to airconditioning that made a lot of noise. They tried to fix it for us, but the needed parts weren't there. They need and send a lot of information before check in. They promise a lot of services, but when we asked for rental bicycles, we were just told that there were a lot of options nearby and we could find it our ourselves. They respond quite late to requests and questions. When we said we were not very happy and we were not going to give a perfect review, they offered us massages or the taxi to the airport.
