Our family had a GREAT time!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, in a quiet and clean neighbourhood. House is spacious and has everything that we need. Each bedroom comes with own bathroom. Easy to get food delivered to the property. The house manager is so kind and friendly, service is great. The kids LOVED the swimming pool, it’s a decent sized pool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Nothing all good

We loved our stay here! The location is excellent being central Sanur, with shops and restaurants all around. We loved being off the main strip and in the quiet back streets. We really enjoyed walking and cycling through the neighbourhood and finding the fabulous warungs that we would otherwise have missed. The villa itself is large and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 children. The villa technically sleeps 8, but they were kind enough to organise an extra bed for a reasonable fee. Two of the rooms are separated from the main villa, which can be great for privacy if multiple families/couples are staying. The kitchen facilities are excellent and include a filtered hot/cold water dispenser for all your thirst quenching needs. Water is replenished by housekeeping. The beds are on the firmer side and very comfortable! There is a garage which is great for storing bicycles or scooters. The swimming pool is excellent, and large enough that 9 of us could all be in there without trouble. Housekeeping staff were all very lovely and provided excellent service. We were met by the property manager on arrival and departure so we didn't need to worry about key collection or drop off. Communication with the property manager before and during our stay was through WhatsApp, which made it very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

A few minor issues... The large shower heads need replacing/maintenance as the holes are a little blocked up or broken. The area around the pool is very slippery when wet. Water will get inside the lounge room sliding door during very heavy rain. This only happened once during our 10 day stay.
