The Kesari Villa Sanur

Villa was huge and it was a comfortable stay. Villa staff met us at the villa to hand over the keys - they also arranged in-villa massages that were great.

The property looks a little older than expected from the photos. Helpful to buy one of the plug-in bug repellents as there were several mosquitos in the rooms.

Amazing villa named Merbau. Lots of space and a big pool. 3 bedrooms which each a bathroom and also a extra guest bathroom. The villa also has a tv room to relax. Close to the mainstreet of Sanur. Staff very friendly and good in communication.

We loved the large open space downstairs, with the pool outside. The villa was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The fourth bedroom needed a wardrobe or a set of drawers for clothes.

The villa was massive and very stylish. Beautiful big pool that was surprisingly a very nice temp. The pool was a highlight and the safe neighbourhood which was close to everything. The cleaner and security guard were so nice, friendly and helpful.

The wifi was bad. Kept dropping out and slow to connect. It didn’t work in all rooms. The aircon upstairs didn’t work. It was very hot up there during the day. The gym aircon and treadmill didn’t work. Making this room a waste of space. The treadmill not working was very frustrating. We booked three rooms and instead of giving us the internal rooms they gave 2 internal and one which had to be accessed via an outdoor verandah- which was not ideal with small kids. There are many minor repairs around the villa which needs fixing. Although this is a minor issue, if not resolved soon the villa will be rundown within 6-12 months. The check in receptionists was so rude and could barely look at us or hold a conversation as she was glued to her mobile phone.
