Trisna and staff are excellent and do their best with aging accomodation. We like the location and the pool.

Trisna and other staff excellent and responsive. Enough room and bathrooms for 5 adults. Pool excellent.

Stayed here two years ago, but found it very tired this time. Broken aircon, showers take ages to heat up, leaking shower through ceiling, big rain=big leaks in downstairs bathroom. Uncomfortable furniture in lounge for many guests.

We did not want to leave…

We will definitely be back. From the minute we arrived we were well looked after by Trisna and the ladies. The Villa is stunning, clean and a great location close to the beach and local shops. Highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Sanur.

Trisna and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and absolutely wonderful. Even the security guard was very helpful. The villa was amazing and exceeded our expectations, it did not disappoint at all. I’ll recommend this villa to anyone.

Great for those with teenage kids.

The staffs are really helpful. They waited for our arrival. They also assisted us to temporarily store our luggage as we were taking boats to surrounding island.

It is quite a distance from the main road but the local guides had no problem finding the location.

Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Absolutely love the interior. Every room is fully equipped, and the staff cleans daily. Security is great, the pool stays warm even at night, and the service response is very quick. The property is also very spacious, making it a great option for big groups.

Central and good value

Great spot close to the stunning promenade and bike hire. Really comfortable beds. Sanur was an excellent place to stay for a few nights with numerous beachfront restaurants and bars. Segara community beachfront was awesome with profits going to support the local community.

Nice house and area. Some improvements in overall service would make a big difference.

It was a big private property with ample space, and clean. The pool was a highlight. Easy to get around Sanur and to the beach.

The service was fine but not as good as we have had in previous villas historically. We were not left any bottled water in the bathrooms for teeth cleaning, and it would have been good to have coffee readily available in the mornings.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lots of space, very private. Very comfortable beds. Good air-conditioning throughout for comfort. The pool was lovely, large and clean. Staff were very friendly and did cleaning each day.

Nowhere to hang wet clothing, swimwear or towels. No ironing board or iron. No remote to airconditioner in workout room. Pool is very deep across the entire length.

Perfect family home. Close assess to Sanur.

We loved how the house was set up. Had everything we needed. Security greeted us on a late arrival and the house staff cooked us breakfast as requested for $7 pp per day.

Very pleasant large spacious villa within easy walking distance to all amenities

Very spacious and clean. Good location to walk to amenities, good selection of restaurants and onward to the beach. Easily accessible. Very nice big pool. Staff pleasant.

The towels had seen better days, very grey and hard, didn’t feel clean. Not at all white or fluffy. TV’s didn’t work for watching any news channels, main one you could watch Netflix but always a problem to get any news channels. Couldn’t get them working in other rooms. There were nails sticking up on the floor boards around the pool, dangerous. It is a lovely big deep pool but I would be very careful with children. Fine for adults. Some rooms struggled getting hot water, temperature control buttons on shower mix broken downstairs. It’s a warm climate so cool cold showers could be tolerated but we all like to have good hot showers at times. Little things like soap dispensers clogged up. A little more information on washing facilities available and local amenities/suggestions would have been helpful.

Most luxurious villa ever!!

Amazing villa which is absolutely stunning in every possible way. Trisna is a perfect host and made us feel so at home. Cannot wait to come back there again soon. Been to Bali many times and this is honestly the best villa I've ever stayed at. Large screen smart TV's in every room and 2 separate lounge areas too so plenty of places to hide out. Thank you Trisna for your hospitality

A Luxury large three bedroom villa with private pool.

Comfortable beds with amazing ensuites. Spacious and well styled. Great aircon in all rooms. Large well equiped kitchen for those who like cooking. Amazing big pool. Lovely kind staff who go out of their way to make it an amazing holiday. Security at end of the street. TV’s in all rooms.

Wi fi connection not good. Honestly this is the only complaint. If that was better it would’ve been perfect. As a suggestion to booking.com the location is very Hard to find as the name of the villa is not Kesari villa but has an individual name and this should be mentioned in the description.

Lovely Villa in Sanur

House is 2 storey with 3 large ensuite bedrooms. 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Beds are comfortable. Pool is refreshing and 1.8-2m deep. No shallow area. About an 8 min walk to Sanur main road. Trishna, the housekeeper, checks you in. She also comes daily for cleaning. She is wonderful and speaks English. Gojek can find the place easily. Grab somehow has a challenge.

All good. If I had to find something.. sometimes the aircons can't cope mid-afternoon.

Шикарная, очень просторная вилла, с большими 4-спальнями, и несколькими общими зонами для отдыха, хороший бассейн. Уборка была каждый день, персонал очень приветливый и готовый помочь по всем вопросам. До пляжа минут 15 пешком, до центральной улицы 10 мин Недалеко пару ресторанов с вкусной едой

Название на букинге и в действительности отличаются(но это было не только на этой вилле), всего 1 ключ, хотя вилла предусмотрена для компаний, хотелось бы хотя бы два ключа
