The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.

The property could do with a tidy up. Whilst it was lovely, some of it did look tired. For example we had a broken tile at the pool side, the kitchen units didn’t close properly, there was paint peeling and bubbling on the walls in the bathroom.

What didn't we like, really :-) Extremely good service, all staff always have a smile and greeting everyone. Very helpful and accommodating. We loved the feeling of being pampered by the facilities and treats of this boutique hotel: arrival welcome drink, daily room service, breakfast in your room, afternoon tea (you do have to sign up for that), evening tea with cookie and again room service by setting room up for bed time, free bicycle use, free car rides into town daily, free airport shuttle on departure, fresh towels at pool, staff taking and bringing your luggage to & from your room.

The new mattress was too firm for the ladies. When I asked for some extra bedding to use to soften up the top of the mattress, the staff was very fast to accommodate and asked next morning if it was better or not. Eventually we got it to the right kind of softness and I suggested for the hotel to buy mattress toppers.
