We loved our stay at Emerald Villas. Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for the family to relax and have our own space. The private pool was huge. The staff were amazing. Very clean and quiet with all the amenities you need. Very short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

The location was great.As for the villa,it needs some maintenance, pool lights not working, gardens need attention, and the whole outside areas need a good pressure clean. Timber needs restaining. The pillows were uncomfortable and slipped down behind the bedhead. Shampoo/conditioner wasnt replenished,nor was soap. For the price it would have been nice to have tea/coffee sachets available. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the price was drastically reduced. When paying high for accommodation the little things are welcoming,unfortunatley this place failed.

The villa we stayed at was beautiful, clean, and had a private pool. In addition, the staff cleaned dirty laundry I had forgotten to put away, with no extra charge. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was perfect for us. Very quiet but still close to all shops. If you want to go to nice beaches you need a car. The beach that was close to the Vila was not very good. We will come back next year again.

We stayed at Emerald Villas for a wedding and this is the first time we have ever stayed in Villas. We loved our private pool and yard area as well as the big spacious 2 bedroom villa. Our room was cleaned every day as well as our washing done. There was a big water bottle for us to use which was replaced when low, will be back

when we arrived we were told our room we book would not be available for a few days and were sent by taxi to Golden Villas. At first I wasn't all that pleased because all my excursions were for hotel pickup at Emerald Villas. The front desk said they would try and contact the tours and have it changed. They said they were unable to do this so I rented a scooter to travel back to Emerald Villas for pickup. The villa at Golden had three bedrooms (two locked off)living room, full kitchen with a large swimming pool. When our transfer date came we were very comfortable with our accommodations and didn't want to transfer to Emerald Villas so our maid complained to the management that they were taking her guests away. We were offered to stay. She also was able to change the hotel pickup with tour guides over the phone so we didn't have to travel to the Emerald Villas each morning of a tour. Kadek (sorry if spelt wrong) was wonderful and helped to make our vacation wonderful. Both Villas were beautiful and would stay at either again without question. Emerald has the main office and has a restaurant. Golden is more secluded and private. We were able to order from the restaurant and have delivered which was nice if needed but eating out is not a problem restaurants every where (never had a bad meal) The scooter was helpful getting around to the beach and restaurants so kept the whole time

Beautiful resort. Wonderful service. Landscaping is beautiful. Food from the restaurant is OK, not great, but they will serve it in your villa at no cost, which is nice. The villa is completely stocked. Mine even had a rice cooker, a juicer, and a scale in the bathroom! Each villa comes with it's own maid, who will even do small amounts of laundry for you! Not beachside, which is the only drawback, but only a five minute walk from the beach. Sanur is a nice compromise between the party hardy attitude of Kuta, with its drugs, prostitution, and puking Australians, and the more remote, secluded Bali, such as Tabanan.
