Anissa the villa manager is beyond amazing. Super accommodating, extremely helpful, nothing was ever an issue. Absolutely loved this villa. The pool is their best feature and is to die for.
The neighbours dogs bark a fair bit and I wish there were mattress toppers for comfort as the beds were a little hard for us- but for context we are use to a plush mattress at home and they can’t obviously please everyone.

Great size,rooms were good, plenty of storage and the bathrooms were lovely. We enjoyed our family Xmas and the in house chef was amazing.
It is located on the wrong side of the Jl bypass, which made it more difficult to go out, if you are ok on scooters this would not be a problem but for older people it meant longer trips. Maybe it could be serviced every second day rather than third.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Der Pool war gut, aber alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Draußen konnte man sich nicht so gut aufhalten. Für 8 Personen waren nicht genug Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Es gab eine Waschmaschine, aber man durfte nur Kurzprogramm nutzen, da es sonst einen Kurzschluss gegeben hätte.
