Villa Kesari 4 Trees Tropical Family 3BR VillaG

We liked the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The laundry was very handy to have on site. The location is also great, being walking distance to the beach and different restaurant areas of Sanur. Our host Iwan was very helpful, responsive and easily contactable.

Some of the equipment is a little aged and needs a bit of a refresh.

First of all, there is a smiling host and Ivan is a really great man, he was very interested, the only problem is that I wish we could stay a little longer 👍

Everything was fine

The location was great and the staff were amazing. Very accommodating and even helped us organise day trips.

Large , clean , good kitchen and the staff were excellent

Villa 4 has large overhanging mango trees every day heavy green mangoes fall from a height of 20 feet into the pool and around the walk areas . So dangerous. The pool was green when we arrived . They had just sanitised the pool and also added chlorine. This forms chloramines that burn the skin . All three of us got bad burn rash and the pool was unusable for the whole stay . Very disappointing for the kids . The pool water had a bitter taste and harsh stings in the eyes . Terrible . They over sanitised the pool and you just cannot swim in it . Even if chlorine levels were normal it was the other chemicals that were the problem . The property should have offered a discount but did not . Avoid villa 4 and if the pool is green when you arrive , forget about swimming for 4 days even if the water clears . Still burns . The staff tried to fix but it was just not possible . My advice , tell them in advance , do not over sanitise the pool .
