About this villa rental
This private, traditionally styled holiday villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.
This Villa is located in the family compound of a beachfront Hotel, just a short walk to the beach. (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.
The Villa is a 2 story building with a large garden and pool. On the ground floor is the living dinning room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Up the staircase to the first floor are two more bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with seating for 6.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-sized bed.The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom can be configured as a twin or king. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have adjoining en suites, with walk in showers.There is a bathtub in the master en suite.
Please note the maximum occupancy for the Villa is 6 guests. A cot can be added to accomodate an additional infant for a small extra charge.
The living dining room contains a comfortable 4 seater lounge and a 2 seat day bed , television with streaming TV installed, stereo system, sideboard and 6 seater dining table. The area is open to the outdoors and surrounded by plants. It is cooled by a large ceiling fan and several wall fans.
The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters, and has two access steps to the shallow end. It sits just outside the living dinning room, providing a lovely outlook from within. There are 4 sun lounges with 2 large umbrellas to relax under. The pool area can be fenced off should you be concerned for your children's pool safety.
The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large refrigerator, a microwave, a three-burner gas cook top, toaster, coffee plunger and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, a filtered water you need if you wished to self-cater these holidays.
Close by is a wide range of restaurants and nightlife, and many of the local restaurants will deliver. Balinese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Seafood and Italian cuisine's are all available in the local area, or we can send a chef to cook in the comfort of your Villa. The local supermarket is also only a short walk away.

We booked to stay in Ibu villa but actually ended up next door in a Bapak villa. They have the same layout but based on photos different furnishings and garden.
Batak garden was very green/tropical and just beautiful- an oasis! The pool is a great size and temperature.
The villa was homely and very comfortable like being at someone’s home.
They are very central. Everything is on your doorstep, located on the driveway just inside the security of the hotel Griya Santrian.
There is a bar next door that had live music nightly but it finishes about 10pm.
I would definitely stay st these villas again. Bargain price for what you get.

We loved staying here. The villa is amazing, the staff were very helpful. You have to get Kadek to cook for you if you go there. She is amazing.

Erstmal ein grossen Dankeschön an die Agentur.
Chris hat alles für uns super organisiert, vielen Dank.
Das Haus war einfach nur top.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und mit Klimaanlage. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigen Zimmer mit Bad.
Was uns super gefallen hat war der offene Wohnbereich. Das war so entspannend.
Ein kleiner Garten mit 4 Liegen und Sitzplatz, einfach schön. Der Pool war sehr schön und angenehm. Man kann ihn rund um die Uhr benutzen, das war toll. Vor dem Frühstück kurz eine Abkühlung.
Dann kam jeden Tag noch die Reinigung der Zimmer, Garten, Pool usw. Perfekter Service.
Dann war da noch Dayu, die Gute Seele vom Haus. Sie hat uns gut unterstützt und geholfen für Touren zu machen. Und jeder der die Villa mietet sollte Dayu als Köchen arrangieren, das Essen war der Hammer, perfekt.
Das Haus liegt super Zentral. 5 min zu Fuß zu Strand und Restaurants, Shopping ist alles in der näheren Umgebung. Man wird überall sehr herzlich Empfangen und aufgenommen
Es war ein super toller Urlaub, den wir alle sehr genossen.
Wir kommen wieder und nochmal danke für alles

We arrived late Tuesday evening.
The fridge freezer failed on Thursday morning
and was still not operational when we left the following Monday.
All food stored had to be thrown away.
We were not able to entertain ourselves or our family at the property, having no way to store fresh food or beverages.
