Brand New 2Bedroom Water Lily Villa Private Pool

The property was new, modern and clean.

An easy chair in the main bedroom would have been comfortable. Tea towels to dry washing up would have been helpful.

The living area felt disconnected from the pool as there was a large wall of plants blocking the view, no good for younger children The wifi only worked in the lounge room

It was spacious and the area was good and more quiet than Kuta. Staff were very quick to help and kind, the aircon was very effective. Fridge is very big and there is a washing machine and easy to order Grab food delivery (lots of options)

The pool is not as deep as it looks in photos, it’s only waist deep which is disappointing. Also room service is advertised but I believe what they mean is housekeeping is available, as we were two girls having some down time finding out there was no room service was a bummer. Also the pool pump is somehow connected pipe wise to the ceiling? So at night time there’s a continuous loud humming that might bother some people. The tv has a Netflix account but the wifi is on a VPN, so there are movies advertised that you can’t watch because the wifi is on a VPN for whatever reason, another shame because we really wanted to watch a particular movie. Also to note the wifi was very intermittent and my friend couldn’t connect to it in the second room. Asked for some washing detergent and was told they didn’t have any available and we’d have to buy some, seems strange if there’s a washing machine. All in all was comfortable but didn’t exactly feel worth $950 for a 5 night stay, felt pretty expensive considering no room service available etc.
