Serotel Suites Opera

We had a very pleasant stay at this aparthotel. For Paris, the location was excellent, with a metro station just 2 minutes away, plenty of restaurants and terraces nearby, and a convenience store right next to the property for quick food purchases. The rooms are quite small, but that's fairly typical in France, so I can't really complain about that. Instead of air conditioning, the hotel uses older ventilation units. They are a bit noisy in my opinion, but not excessively so, and most importantly, they kept the room cool enough for us to be comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. If I return to Paris in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The personell are nice, the breakfast was good and the location is right in the centre of Paris, it made movement very easy

Doors must be opened with code and we weren’t very comfortable with that, it will be nice if they could give card and code options

Excellent value for money, very kind staff, very comfortable and clean apartment. Good location next to a metro station, close to several train stations.

The breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel is excellent

The room was very messy, there were stains on the carpet and the sofa and the check-in process was long and difficult because the receptionist did not understand English. Another thing that bothered us about our stay here was that the hotel was not open 24/7 so when we left and came back relatively late we had to wait outside the hotel for about 5 minutes until they opened the door for us. All in all, not the most pleasant experience
