From the moment you check in all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, we arrived and was given access to the pool as it was available which was great after long travel, our room was perfect we had breakfast daily which was delicious and also ordered late night room service which was a real bonus, any time we needed a taxi booked or general information all the staff had great knowledge and were happy to help , we really loved our stay and time in the Parister and can not wait to come back to Paris and the hotel

Common areas unimpressive
Pool was heavily chlorinated and smelled: did not use.
Definitely not 5 star, maybe 4 star.
