The staff were very very nice and the hotel was clean
The location of the hotel was not good and feels quite unsafe especially after 8 clock ,me and my sister we come to the hotel around 9pm but we were so so scared in the way from the bus stop to the hotel. I mean i like the hotel but i will near stay in this hotel because of its location .

This was in a quiet and safe area of Paris, one very friendly and helpful staff member but others were not that interested. Nice toiletries and soaps in bathrooms. Breakfast was OK but in noisy and busy room with no windows. Close to metro so good location to get to centre, and nice area with a few cafes.
It was really expensive for what it was and clearly staff wanted to be excellent but it was just ok. One main issue was the shower did not work properly, it was scalding hot and no method of changing that. We reported it as would be dangerous. The balcony was a bit small but not unexpected for that area of Paris. Overall we were looking forward to this hotel and found ourselves quite disappointed.
