Superb small hotel in a good location with excellent Metro access. Quality of staff and training was evident - helpful and friendly! Due to late arrival I had room service which better than expected. Breakfast had good quality produce. Finally, my wife left something of value in the room and when we called a couple of hours later, the reception had it - when it could easily have "disappeared".

HOTEL LOOKED QUAINT AND SWEET AT FIRST GLANCE. LOTS OF EMPHASIS PLACED ON LOBBY/ENTRANCE. LOCATION WAS ALSO GOOD.
UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS IN ROOMS THE SIZE OF A CLOSET- NOT EXAGERRATING. BEDS ARE FULL SIZE - NOT QUEEN SO VERY HARD FOR 2 ADULTS TO FIT COMFORTABLY. THE BATHROOM IS TINY AND THE AC DOESNT REALLY WORK TO COOL THE ROOM.. WE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL RATHER THAN EXTEND IT AT THSI HOTEL.
