The staff were polite and the hotel was well presented, and clean.
We stayed 3 nights and I had requested a twin room. Unfortunately, we arrived on the 1st night to find that we had been given a double room. The disappointing part was that I was not forewarned that there was no twin room available on the first night. They were booked out due to the Music Festival. We were moved to a twin room on the 2nd night. We were offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience.

There was a very rude employee at the front desk. He had no sense of hospitality. Such a shame to have him work there.
