A genial host offering a warm welcome. The apartment is well located for access to everything by a great public transport network or on foot.
The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. A good breakfast was available within flexible hours.
The room facilities were good. The only shortfall was a mini fridge for water provided when the weather is hot.
The property has no outside space, but that is understandable with its location.

The host was very accommodating; we arrived before noon and he allowed us to drop-off our luggage; he also had the room ready hours before check-in. I would stay here again. The place was withing 30 minutes walking to the major Paris attractions. Plenty of places to eat near the B&B. Breakfast was limited but was good and enough to get us starting for the day.
The walls are not sound proof but noise is kept to a minimum because its an adults only B&B and everyone was respectful during our stay.
