Lovely staff, great location, quirky
Not much really. A little tired around the edges perhaps but that would be me being very picky

Little bit noisy but fine

Very helpful and friendly. Allowed us to drop bags off early, and as room was available we could go straight up. Great location, close to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. Hotel had Parisian feel, walking distance to shops and restaurants but calm and peaceful.
They were having a problem with hot water so it was tepid.
