Nice location but actual apartment could be much better

- nice location - friendly staff

- the walls of the room are terrible, you basically can hear everything from your neighbors - the parking situation is a bit of a challenge since space is so limited and narrow - the terrace with garden view is looking towards the parking lot and street - the terrace is not private / its shared with 2 other apartments

Weekend in Europe

Beautiful private garden with sea view where we had breakfast. Not very intrusive but caring Matilda (best regards). 5 minutes walk from pine trees park with perfect night view to Rovinj and beach without sea urchins and good steps to sea.

Zimmer mit Blick auf und Zugang direkt zum Meer

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles was man braucht, inklusive Klimaanlage und kleinem Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücken im Garten/Terrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen. Im Garten sind Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

Leider hat es aus dem Abfluss im Bad fast durchgängig gestunken. Leider mussten wir wegen sehr häufig rauchenden Zimmernachbarn, die Balkontüren immer wieder geschlossen halten.

Wer die ruhige Lage am Meer und eine sehr nette, familiäre Atmosphäre schätzt, fühlt sich hier wohl!

Kleines, familiäres Hotel direkt am Meer. Lage wunderschön, mit direktem Meerblick vom Zimmer.. Die gute Seele des Hauses Snezana betreut die Gäste besonders gut und herzlich! Große Empfehlung!

Za tą cenę i na krótki pobyt to może być

Lokalizacja nad samym morzem i z dojściem do plaży. Na jedną noc pokój zupełnie wystarczający, spora lodówka oraz czajnik, dodatkowo herbata i kawa. Dostaliśmy również szampana i butelkę wody. 😍Bardzo przemiła obsługa. 🎶Parking na terenie obiektu, koteczki robią za ochroniarzy.🐈 Możliwość dokupienia śniadania.

Do przykrycia przydałaby się kołdra a nie tylko sama poszewka.

Traumblick Richtung Altstadt - beste Lage direkt am Meer (Kiesstrand + Wasser glasklar/sauber)

Das Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse direkt am Meer war liebevoll zubereitet. Die Lage der Villa ein Traum - wir sind noch am Abend durch das Gartentor direkt auf den Geh-/Radweg, der direkt am Meer entlang führt, zu einem langen Spaziergang aufgebrochen. Der Blick auf die Altstadt und die Insel St. Catherina ließ uns tolle Fotos machen! Alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns äußerst liebevoll empfangen! Auch die "Frühstücksdame" war sehr sehr nett! Ein Traumplatz!
