Apartments Villa Tre Marie

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeper was exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The only drawback was the location, as you need a car to get to the city center.

We had wonderful time ar Villa Tre Marie. The apartment is clean, spacious, nice view, short walk to beach and close to public transit.

We thought the accommodations were wonderful. This was the first leg of our 8 day trip in Croatia. It was a quick walk to the beach, clean accommodations with a washing machine and kitchen.

I cannot think of anything.

Good location. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk, the center of Rovinj about 30 minutes walk along the coast and 5 minutes by car. There is a mini market and a pizzeria 50 meters away. Every morning we received warm croissants as a compliment.

The room and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable. The cabin with shower is extremely narrow and an elderly man it is very difficult to enter it. The terrace is less than two square meters and has space, only for a small table and two small chairs. The towels are hard as sheet metal and are inconvenient. Free parking was promised at the time of booking, but was not provided. We had to park on the street, where there was a possibility for only 4 cars and it was a problem to find a place. The price is too high for the accommodation conditions. I advise you to book a larger room or choose another accommodation.
