The room was nice and clean. I appreciated the croissants that they bring to the door in the morning, a really nice thing. The staff was friendly

The towels were really harsh and we could easily hear the people in the other room as they talked, since it was wall to wall. Also a bit too expensive for what they offer, being hard to go to the city without a car.

we liked the premises, equipment and the overall approach, croissants in the morning were a quite nice touch, convenient parking and proximity to everything important like grocery store, atm, restaurants in a walking distance.

Clean and modern! Comfy beds and the croissants are a beautiful detail! The walk to the town is wonderful as well!

Good location. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk, the center of Rovinj about 30 minutes walk along the coast and 5 minutes by car. There is a mini market and a pizzeria 50 meters away. Every morning we received warm croissants as a compliment.

The room and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable. The cabin with shower is extremely narrow and an elderly man it is very difficult to enter it. The terrace is less than two square meters and has space, only for a small table and two small chairs. The towels are hard as sheet metal and are inconvenient. Free parking was promised at the time of booking, but was not provided. We had to park on the street, where there was a possibility for only 4 cars and it was a problem to find a place. The price is too high for the accommodation conditions. I advise you to book a larger room or choose another accommodation.
