It‘s a very nice and comfortable apartment with an approx 800 m walk to a very nice and relaxed little beach. From the apartment to the old town it is about 2,5 km - if you like to walk, it‘s very convenient and you mostly walk at the front beach. If you prefer to take the car, there are plenty parking lots along the way. Also, there is a small Konzum supermarket about 5 minutes (walk) from the apartment. The apartment has a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or after a long beach day beer, :-).

Great location and friendly hosts, not for cooking and dining inside

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building at the end of the road. It is very quiet, and the surroundings are taken care of. The beach is only 7 min walk away, and there is hardly any car traffic, which is great for kids. The rooms are basic, the shower is great, everything is clean. The hosts are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. We felt like if we need anything (like in our case to make laundry), they are there to assist.

The apartment has two main problems which made our stay less enjoyable. First, the kitchen is small and very old, and it really looks and smells like an old kitchen. The pan is basically not usable, unless you put tons of oil in it. The kitchen table is the only place to eat in the apartment, and it is really not inviting. This makes the cooking and dining in the apartment absolutely not enjoyable. Also, there is no dishwasher and no washing machine in the apartment (to be fair, it was also not promised). Second, the sound isolation is very bad. The hosts live in the same house underneath, and you can hear evey conversation. This is disturbing, especially when you have toddlers who go to bed early and nap in the afternoon.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, nur einige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit netten Gastgebern

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Balkon war groß, man konnte gut verweilen mit dem Blick auf Rovinj.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, auch mit einem gemieteten Roller Apartment war sauber Terrasse war groß und schön

Wenn man viel und aufwendig kochen möchte, kommt man mit der vorhandenen Ausstattung an seine Grenzen, hat uns allerdings nicht gestört und ist deswegen kein Minuspunkt.
