Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, nur einige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Balkon war groß, man konnte gut verweilen mit dem Blick auf Rovinj.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building at the end of the road. It is very quiet, and the surroundings are taken care of. The beach is only 7 min walk away, and there is hardly any car traffic, which is great for kids.
The rooms are basic, the shower is great, everything is clean.
The hosts are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. We felt like if we need anything (like in our case to make laundry), they are there to assist.
The apartment has two main problems which made our stay less enjoyable. First, the kitchen is small and very old, and it really looks and smells like an old kitchen. The pan is basically not usable, unless you put tons of oil in it. The kitchen table is the only place to eat in the apartment, and it is really not inviting. This makes the cooking and dining in the apartment absolutely not enjoyable. Also, there is no dishwasher and no washing machine in the apartment (to be fair, it was also not promised).
Second, the sound isolation is very bad. The hosts live in the same house underneath, and you can hear evey conversation. This is disturbing, especially when you have toddlers who go to bed early and nap in the afternoon.
