Very bad: The parking lot is out of the hotel there is no a safety place to park the car , very dangerous specially during the night . And the hotel is not responsible of any damage of your car A lot of stairs there is not a ramp where you can walk with your luggage to your room So very heavy to carry all your belongings

Comoda estancia en un lugar agradable

Excelente lugar para tomar unos días de descanso alejado del ruido de la ciudad. Un poco alejado del centro pero en taxi todo queda como 15-20 min, no es grave. El servicio muy bueno.

Sería bueno un mini refrigerador en las habitaciones.

Que no tiene estacionamiento seguro. Los autos se quedan prácticamente en la calle. Tuve que llevar mi auto a una pensión a dos kms de distancia x una noche y me costó 150 pesos más 100 pesos de dos servicios de taxi

Las instalaciones son bonitas, tienen un buen diseño y en fotos se ve muy bien.

Habitación con sabanas sucias y manchadas, baño con oportunidades de mejor limpieza, No tenia servicio de restaurante, no tenia servicio de vigilancia para los coches, la alberca estaba helada y bastantes sucia, ingrese porque fue imposible disuadir a mi hija de 4 años.

Excelente precio para el gran espacio de la recamara.

La recamara que nos asignan cuenta con 3 cuartos, dos para dormir y una sala con dos baños. Somos 5 y este espacio es magnifico. Tambien es muy comodo para pedir comida (no cuenta con restaurante) al gusto de cliente y tener donde sentarse para comer.

Las sillas de la palapa a un lado de la alberca no tenian cojines por lo que era muy incomodo sentarse directo en el metal. Fuera de eso estaría genial que la alberca estuviera templada para meterse todo el año.

El olor de la ropa de cama y toallas, el sanitario se movía, el ruido del ventilador, toallas insuficientes, la iluminación, las amenidades, el ruido de la cama, faltan botes de basura, el personal, muy impersonal, detalles que hacen mucho la diferencia

Excelente estancia

Es un muy lindo hotel. Cómodo y muy amable el staff. Íbamos dos noches y nos terminamos quedando una tercera de que estuvimos muy a gusto.

El restaurante no estaba en funcionamiento y tocaba salir o pedir comida por app.

El aire acondicionado y el ventilador en una sola habitación ,había cucaracha en el baño, la cama tenía un olor a sucio. No pudimos ingresar a la alberca después de las 7 y eso no lo indican en la información.

Precio muy accesible para quedarnos una noche porque regresamos de un evento en la noche. Cuartos limpios, amplios y cómodos.

La regadera está invadiendo el cuarto, no se encuentra en un espacio aislado o dentro del baño. El coche tiene estacionamiento pero es abierto.

Gran estancia

Todo estuvo muy bien. El hotel es bonito, está bien conservado, limpiaron la alberca los 3 días que estuve ya que había muchos niños. Las habitaciones cómodas, en buen estado, volvería a hospedarme aquí sin duda. Hay 2 tiendas enfrente para bebidas o snacks y no muy lejos quedan varios negocios.

Su restaurante no estaba en funcionamiento entonces nos tocaba salir a comer o pedir comida por Rappi.

El hotel sin duda ya no está en su mejor momento. No tienen restaurante, ni ningún tipo de alimentos. Y a pesar de que el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones no son las mejores. Tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad

Goteras en el baño, se acabo el agua a la hora de bañarse, alberca fría, no hay restaurante a pesar de que dice que si. En la noche mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones y tuve que pedir que los callaran.

Relación calidad precio es bastante bueno y su ubicaciónno esta mal. No me gustó que el estacionamiento estuviera afuera y que tuviera un letrero de que no se hacen responsables de daños parciales o totales pero tampoco mencionan que estarán vigilandolos. Vale la pena por su precio y disponibilidad
