Great location, friendly staff. Big, clean, comfortable room. I asked for good Wi-Fi and got it
Too loud. Mind the curfew and ask the staff so you can make the proper arrangements.

Staff is wonderful. They were always there fo us.
The sound from the nightclub all the way to 3am.

Price, location.
Good price.
Ample and high room. Nice view.
Cockroach inside the room, under a sofa.
Noise because of the location, that is inevitable.
Old, bad taste decorative finishes.
Poor distributed, high power lighting.
Mini TV.

Location is perfect: right on the zocalo.
Room is very spacious, has a large couch, a table with 2 chairs. Balcony is large too. Separate dining area, with 3 chairs.
Fridge.
Good WiFi.
Good hot water for shower.
No drinking water provided.
Hard to find at first. Once you know, it's easy: walk to the 3rd floor (2nd piso). There's an office there serves as reception. No sign though.
Next door has a bar that plays very loud music well into the night.

was expecting hotel...but this good....large space..great location...strong wifi...lots of TV channels....exceptional value.
Front door look could have been more secure..would have liked a hotel safe. No AC...just fan. The square is loud till late into the night.

Well, I used to go outside for breakfast, there are many opciones due the location of the hotel
Work on the noise from a bar located on the other side of the plaza, they were playing music very nosy until 5:00 am every single day. Believe the hotels owners need to stop the noise working with local authorities.

located downtown Cuernavaca is convenient, yet staying over the weekend one might be mindful of the constant noise.

The location and service people
Big noice from front business, it seem to be located at south side of the plaza, they don't stop playing music until 5:00 am, I think this affect all other hotels around the area. Las plazas and other hotel owners need to do something about it or will lose customers in the future.

Hotel is located in a mall that is directly across from the Zocalo. Each room is a little different. My room had a dining area with table and chairs and a mini-fridge, which I appreciated. Room was spacious, with a large balcony. Bed was comfortably firm, and WiFi was excellent. There were outlets by the bed and plenty of closet space. Martin, the on-site supervisor, was very kind and attentive. Plenty of places to eat in the mall and nearby, including street food. I really liked the apartment, but due to the excessive noise (see below), I would not stay here again.
---This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Saturday and Sunday the music blared nonstop almost 24/7, from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 AM the next morning. Monday and Tuesday the music started in the afternoon, and didn't stop until 4:00 AM. It sounded like the singer had a megaphone, and that the band was underneath my balcony. It was exhausting, nerve-wracking, and nearly impossible to sleep.
---There is no sign indicating that there is a hotel, and no check-in desk. You have to find a security guard in the mall, and they will call someone to let you in the room. Most of the guards were young and unfriendly, and seemed annoyed if you asked them anything.
--There is an elevator, but it doesn't go to the 2nd or 3rd floor, so you have to walk up the stairs to your room. Inconvenient if you have luggage or mobility problems.
--My bathroom was small and dimly lit, and looked much older than the rest of the apartment. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower, and I almost burned myself a couple times.
--I had a corner room situated among a cluster of business offices, and it felt a bit unsafe. My door had an exterior gate that was tricky to operate, and the outside hallway was a bit dim. There were, however, CCTV cameras overhead.

The place needed reading lights next to each bed and/or the sofa..

Location of the hotel
Ruidoso, por el bar que se encontraba en el piso debajo de nuestra habitacion.

The place is old, but huge. The host is prompt and friendly. The room got cleaned everyday and fresh towels as needed. Being on the zocalo is central as one can be, but has its downside.
Couldn't zoom over wifi. Sink leaks when running water. On Thursday evenings the restaurant below has live bands that could be so loud that make furniture vibrate, but they finish sometime after 10pm. On the Friday we were there, the stage on the zocalo produced even louder music.

The location was great! Right in the middle of the zocalo. Nice view
There was too much noise at night for my son. It would wake him up alot. But if i were traveling solo and wanting to experience the night life, it would of been perfect. All in all it was a good stay..the host was super nice and attentive.

I didn’t stay, I left after an hour back to Mexico City waste of my money and time.
sliding door was a security issue, I had to barricade in order to feel secure. get yourself a reception office I had to track down your porter.

Absolutely nothing!
It is impossible to sleep here even with earplugs! terrible pop music blasts till five in the morning then shortly after the mariachis start up at full volum right underneath.
the rooms were very dirty.
the hot water runs out after a few minutes.
there is no reception and no one to help you.
the only person who works there is a janitor who aggresively came to kick us out at 12:30 when check out is at 1 pm.
the whole experience was absolutely awful. we tried to book another room and move but everything had already been booked up.
by far the worst experience in all of Mexico.
booking should not even include this location it is not a hotel it is an office building above a mall.

The space is amazing with lots of room and balcony view of the zocalo, sunrise view, volcanic views. The attendant gave us 4 movie passes that is at the same building.
No elevator and having my 68 year old mother going up and down the stairs every time we wanted to go out.

super central location in the middle of the historic town. The rooms are very spacious, we had a warm shower and a terrace overlooking the Zocalo.
as the square is busy until late, don't expect a quiet night. A fridge and maybe something to make coffee would have given it some extra comfort

The apartment was spotless. The entire building needs a refresh but no one can ever say that it's dirty or that the staff is not polite and always present. It was a superb value for the money and I will be back.
It's in the city center which is lively and loud but that's to be expected.
I have nothing to complain about.

At check in security carried my bag up those flights of stairs
