Not a bad deal

It’s clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower was not hot, not even warm. The sliding glass door did not lock. The “free” breakfast is free only if you book directly with the hotel, not via Booking. However, it was good and only 75 pesos.

Staff was friendly enough and the property was reasonably clean. There is free parking and the room had air conditioning and a TV, but that's about it.

Location is in a bad part of town center, we did not feel safe walking at night. The hotel is run down, uncomfortable in general. The bathroom was a disgrace. No towels, we had to ask for them at reception and they made me sign a waiver to receive them. Even worse, there is no toilet seat. I asked if we could move to another room that may have one, but was told that "we don't have that here." Unbelievable.

Good location, nice balcony with lovely view. Room size ok.

The room and an adjoining door to the next room which was very thin and we could hear everything In the other room, even breathing. Walls not that thick either. Really bad lighting. No towels.

Do not stay here !

I sent three messages telling them that I wanted a room without noise, we were two people. They never answered, and when I got there they told me Booking was wrong and did not send the message (that was a lie) and gave me a room for one person. If they didn't have a quiet room for two people, that was okay, but they never answered and I reserved in vain. I recomend them to be more attentive to the client's requests.

Es un lugar agradable, aunque si te toca habitacion junto a la calle hay mucho ruido de los camiones, pero eso no es culpa del hotel relamente

Ya era hora de que la alberca estuviera abierta, y no la habian limpiado, tenia algunas hojas, y le hacia falta que la aspiraran segun dijo el personal, pero nada grave realmente

Hotel de una noche, cumple con su propósito, pero no esperen lujos.

El trato del staff del hotel, muy amables desde el principio, regresamos bastante tarde al hotel y no tuvieron inconveniente en abrir la puerta para estacionarnos. Nos proporcionaron números telefónicos para pedir comida y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento.

Hay un ventilador en el techo, pero realmente no refresca el cuarto, la televisión sólo prende directamente y no con el control, las almohadas son demasiado duras y los apagadores no funcionaban, se tenía que prender el aire y la luz directamente desde el ventilador con una cadenita que colgaba. No había toallas y cuando pedí, me fueron a dejar una, pedí que me dejaran una extra, pero me dijeron que estaban contadas y no podrían dejar más, lo cual me pareció muy extraño, dicho lo anterior, la relación calidad costo, no es la mejor.
