With little luggage l would return. Simple but nice place to stay if you have a car.

All and all l would recommend it for the tropical feel. Bedroom small but comfy. Staff was very helpfully and we had a pleasant three day stay. This hotel is a bit unique and perhaps not for everyone. Lots of stairs with walkways over the small pool

If walking stairs is an issue then request lower level. No elevator.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Absolutely nothing. The facilities are old and in poor condition. I’ve already submitted a report and haven’t heard back from Booking because this is rated on the app with 8.1 stars and doesn’t live up to the standard. I would like a refund since I ended up cancelling the second night and booking with another hotel. Spending twice the amount of money I had planned to.

It needed overall basic maintenance. For example the door handles were loose, the bed sheets were dirty, the blankets were stained, the curtains were stained as well. The pictures I’ll attach speak for themselves. As for me I would like a refund since I trusted this app to be accurate and reliable information but it was clearly the contrary.

The food was good. But after she cooked it she smoked while she watched us eat. Nice.

Tried calling the hotel on arrival to arrange pick up but was hung up on. Finally got a taxi on my own. On arrival the place looks nothing like the pictures. Its really run down and the decor is from the 90s we got room 8 the doors to the room are really cheap with flimsy door locks. The walls in the bathroom had parts chipped away and the bathroom door was broken and didnt lock. The shower was missing the door completely. The beds appeared to be clean but on after unfolding found several pubic hairs. They advertise a spa that doesnt exist. The pool was filled half way on our arrival and the jacuzzi had hot water but does not work. The reception tried to double charge me and claimed it was taxes. She took my ID and handed me 3 remotes. I could not wait to leave.

Charming hotel in quiet neighbourhood - but with very loud music.

A charming little hotel - well placed for my business meetings in Cuernavaca - and very cheap with nice big rooms, cool when I was there, lovely staff, and excellent cooks for breakfast and dinner - muy rico la comida ! Outside is large enough to be comfortable if not too many people - and easy parking in front (although not guarded). Highly recommend but see below.....

Keeping up the quality of the property should be improved, the pool was not full for days, the jacuzzi should be way cleaner (I would not let kids in and certainly not in diapers!!) but most of all: hated the super loud non-mexicain/latino music. Why does it have to be so loud, instead of calming background (non-musac) chill music.

The place was really beautiful. The staff was really nice. The pool area was very nice to chill out at on a hot sunny day and the jacuzzi was great for the chilly evening. Would definitely stay here again. It is a bit North of Centro so it's a great place if you have a car.

Didn’t have basic amenities, didn’t provide any towels and I noticed early morning as I about to shower. You should be able to ask for them, they should be provided everytime. It’s supposed to be a hotel, not a motel.

This is great for a night or two but I would not stay here without room service and shower cleaning.

Beautiful hotel, great wifi, room is very large, king size bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Maid was very attentive and helpful. Friendly massage therapist but massages are only 40 minutes. Some free water is provided. Restaurant onsite. Comfortable seating all around the common areas. Pool and jacuzzi. Great smart tv. Laundry service is very fast.

A comfortable adjustable office chair at the desk would be helpful. I would like to have the ability to make or receive coffee in the room. The coffee in the restaurant was in a big vat and was reheated over and over making it taste terrible. The fake nondairy creamer is terrible. Real cream is much better. Also, cream is not put out and I had to ask for it every single time I wanted coffee the entire week. The cups are tiny making it not practical to take a reasonable cup of coffee away from the restaurant. I would rather pay for the coffee and have good coffee in a full sized go cup. Windows in room/balcony do not lock properly. Unsafe. Security guard does not allow delivery people to come in. I work in my room and had to interrupt my work to go to the gate and get a delivery that I had asked to have delivered to my room. Why can't they call me or escort the delivery person? When I arrived the floor in my room was so dirty that my feet turned black from walking around barefoot. I informed the maid and after mopping for a couple days she had the floor clean. The show pressure is very low and it is disgusting. Looks very dirty but I think it is in need of tile restoration. Restaurant should provide options and a menu. Only one option available at a time. No blow dryer, no toiletries except a cheap bar of soap. No heat in room on chilly days.

It exceeded my expectations!

The thing I better remember is that the room was big with a big bathroom, also it had a pool, food services and parking with someone checking on my car. I have a problem with gluten food and they prepared me gluten-free food.

I was giving an online class and the internet went off for 10 mins approximately.
