We were greeted by polite hosts, who did everything to make are stay pleasant.

We liked that it is functional, clean, spacious . There is enough parking space.

Has a good parking space.

The location is old, very poorly maintained, requires complete renovation. Dirt on the balconies, bad smell in the rooms, the bedding is unhygienic. The shower had mold and rusty accessories, no water pressure. We stayed there for 2 nights, it was awful!

Friendly family run business

Our stay at the guesthouse was spectacular from start to finish as we were greeted and looked after by the amazing Gaga and her family. The family couldn’t do enough for us and even gave us 2 bottles of their home made wine! The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The family were always happy to organise any taxis and have lots of good recommendations for the start of our trip. There was always someone around if we needed and we will definitely be returning.

The family that owns the hotel is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. They approached us with kindness in every matter. The rooms are very clean and there is a big parking lot. It is also only 4.5 km from the center of Budva. I would definitely recommend you to stay there. Thank you very much for hosting us so well.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable enough, free parking and very good value for money.

Hard pillows, twin bedding for a double bed, curtains not too good at blocking light.

Apartment was in the middle of Budva and Kotor. Near to JAZ beach. It has a Market near and a good restaurant to 100m. The apartment is value for money and the personal speak little English but was communicated.

Very nice place that I highly recommend

Very nice place, very clean and with enough furniture in the kitchen, and also a terrace. The owner are very nice and helpful. The aera is great : supermarket just in front of the house and Jaz beach at few kilometers, we went by foot.

the girl who has the apartment was THE cutest, she recomended us a lot of places and always was with us. The fact that you have a parking is amazing!

Very good !

We stayed 7 nights at Orlovic apartaments. The location was perfect 10 min from old Town and all beaches were very close. In front of the apartament is a big supermarket with very good prices. The owner were very kind and helpful and response very quick the mesages.

The room inside needs some improvements.
